The WiFi signal wasn't strong all around the hotel but there was a good spot to connect in the common area

Breakfast was lovely and a fantastic array of different foods suiting multiple cultures.

It's a hotel that has all the infrastructure there but it has seen better days. There were few guests when we stayed so maybe it will pick up with the season. We liked it and would stay again.

It's really close to the railway station - just a short walk away. There are some good places to eat nearby. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are good with a small balcony. Breakfast is good - help yourself buffet. The pool is fabulous.

No wardrobe about from some closet thing inside bathroom opposite the bath… TV outdated for the kind of room, one with Netflix would fit the high class of hotel it is

It is way to far from everywhere I wanted to be. You can take a Grab, but it is far and it’s an hour walk to the old city. There is also extremely slow WiFi which made everything hard. The ‘hot’ water takes 10 or so minutes to reach the shower. The room had NO window. Definitely clarify if that would be an issue for you. I hate to say negative things because it really is a lovely home away from home, but the challenges were substantial.

It is beautiful and the whole staff is so kind. The breakfast is terrific. I sat for hours each morning and had a bit of fruit some coffee and whatever the local specialty was. Gau, the cook in the morning, was so kind to me. She made me feel like I had family there. The pool is also a huge plus. I took a dip on hot afternoons.

Wifi is crawling slow. Need to turn on my personal data to hotspot my family needs. Hot shower doesn't really work past 8pm. Place is pretty secluded, so need to take Grab into the city center or other needs.

Nicely decorated. Great complimentary breakfast. Creating a rain forest atmosphere well. Very relaxing. Pools are great. Quite secluded and nice. Relaxing.

Gorgeous rooms and hotel, has pool, our room had a tub, the man that works the breakfast is the nicest friendliest man, good breakfast and lunch/dinner, employees really kind and helpful, they let us check in early, location was better than we thought, most places we went were within 10-15 minute drive.

Very good location. Exclusive resort which is hidden in a nice area. Nice size and very accommodating. Pool is very nice and is kept clean daily👌🏾

Staff were very helpful. They organised bikes for the group of three, delivered and picked up on return. Breakfast wasn’t rushed with no hard cut off at 10:00. Pools were kept cold and a welcome respite from the heat and humidity.

The breakfast was good and staffs so nice. The location is pretty in the city. Quite easily to find something to eat around there and also close to the railway station 700m.

The hotel is nice, but it's needs a face-lift, the rooms need modernising a little as they don't feel clean (although they are) and give off a creepy hotel vibe once you leave the lobby and pool area. I would still stay there over and over. Just maybe needs a face-lift on the rooms and corridors.

Staff were lovely, the food was actually some of the best I've eaten in Thailand so far.

The shower looked old and dingy. The location wasn’t near the main street and in an dark alley.

The breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable. There were two pools you could swim in.

Enjoyed our stay,its a quiet retreat from the noise of the city, but only a quick taxi ride to all the city has to offer.The staff was helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was best early as it was hotter, But the offerings were plenty lots to chose from. Our bed was comfortable ,one of the only ones I found in Thailand.

The location, we found that we had to get a taxi everywhere as it was too far to walk.
