Great location for everything on railay beach (it’s very small anyway!). Right in the main beach and can see the sunset easily from the bar area. Two swimming pools are lovely and villas offer privacy. If you want a resort style holiday, this ticks every box. We went for a large villa for two which was so spacious and great bathroom facilities etc.

Take care with the monkeys. We had a problem with one that was trying to get into our room The pools were a bit dirty. Specially the one by reception. Breakfast was a bit poor (pastries felt soggy)

Nice spacious rooms. Well located by the beach. Nice staff.

The facilities are a bit outdated. Breakfast area was infested by mosquitoes, they should provide repellents and put some citronella candles or something like that. The staff was great overall except for last day when the guy at the reception was not very friendly and seems not to be willing to help us with our airport transfer booking. The AC in the bedroom is huge and it was hard to find a comfortable setting to sleep without freezing or having to endure the heat, a fan would easily solve the problem.

Great location! The airport pick up was organized and smooth. Good variety for breakfast. The restaurant was also good quality. Comfortable bed and very spacious room.

The only bad experience was canoeing- we didn’t realise where the rocks were and as the tide was running out when we returned, we ended up stranded on rocks and having the bring the kayaks in over 50 metres of rocks in the water. We all fell, and bruised and cut our bare feet .

The location , the friendly staff, the cocktails and the rooms were all fantastic.

The room is comfortable but a little outdated, as all the places in Krabi within this price range. The part facing the beach is a prime location but only used for the restaurant, which is a shame. There are no beach chairs/ umbrellas facing the beach. The restaurant is not good and it's empty most of the time. Such a waste! They should definitely invest in it and make it more attractive for guests and outsiders. There are lots of wildlife in the hotel, including several water monitors that walk around, squirrels, monkeys, birds. If you don't like animals or are afraid of them, this not a place for you.

The resort property is beautiful, and the garden is really well maintained with beautiful plants and flowers. The property is long, and it ends at Railay Beach. The villas are at the front towards the beach and the rooms at the back. It takes 3 min to walk to the beach in a beautiful path. You can easily access Railay East and Pranang Beach, it tales approximately 15 min walking. The pool is very nice! They have one close to the beach and a new one at the back. Staff is helpful and caring. They kindly moved me to a second floor upon my request. The second floor is more private and has a nice view. Breakfast is good. There are a few hotels by Railay Beach, so this is a great location. It is also very close to the Center of Railay, a street with shops and restaurants.

My only minor criticism is the lack of cupboard space for clothes. We stayed two weeks, so would have been good to put all our clothes away.

Beautiful property and gardens, which were maintained daily by a lovely groundsman who provided interesting information on the flora and fauna. Great position on the beach and close to the walking street.

Could hear music from Main Street all night- wasn’t too loud & I still think this place is a great stay.

Perfect location right on Railay West Beach and can walk everywhere on the island. Room was very large and bath was super nice. I only give it 9 stars as some of the place was a bit worn and I’m paying less money to stay at a really nice place with a bigger bath on the East of the island. All round great place because of where it is situated

Beautiful Railay Sunset with a lovely cocktail

The hotel was a bit old, so there were some parts of rusted metal coming out when we used the jacuzzi. The beach towls had some stains and we did not want to use them.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just in front of the beach and it was very easy to access to a long-tail boat that brings us to Ao Nang beach. Our condo was not located behind the main street of Railay, so it was quieter at night. There was a very nice cocktail bar just next to the hotel and they even serve their cocktails to the hotel guest if you would like to stay at hotel area where it has a beautiful view of the beach, especially at the time of sunset.

The downside of a pool in a very lush setting was the amount of leaves and flowers (and the odd bee) that filled the pool quickly. They need a more functional filtration system in place. I would still 100% go back!

The location, staff and everything about the beautifully kept grounds. We saw so much wildlife from monkeys to lizards. It's very lush and peaceful.

Like my last stay the door is a little bit tricky to close and the spa bath complex and not fully functional but without asking for it to be repaired can’t really complain.

Beach was full of jellyfish so couldn’t go swimming and it was a little crowded during peak times but nice once all the longboats departed

Beautiful room, lots of space, we had the front villa closet to the beach and had direct access to the pool which was great. Pool at the back was also beautiful and very peaceful Great to be right next to the walking street.

Reception claimed they were unaware of me booking extra beds for my children - unsure if this was true as I had communicated directly with the hotel regarding this. They did sort extra beds no worries but we were charged extra than quoted through booking. Service in the restaurant was very very slow and disorganised.

They were a little short of sun loungers around the pool but if people didn’t lay towels on them to reserve for the whole day it would be fine. More of a problem with the guests rather than hotel.

We arrived super early as we had a flight change, but they were adamant we had to stick to the 2pm check in time. This was until we queries that other parties arriving later seemed to be getting checked in straight away, and then they allowed us to have our room. This was really frustrating as we were so tired after having travelled a lot, we really needed to relax. Restaurant not great, they struggled at peak times, including breakfast.

Location was perfect. Room nice and spacious. Difficult to charge devices since the electric turns off as soon as you leave the room, as only one key provided. This was really annoying. Pool was lovely.
