Shower didn’t drain very fast. No English TV channels or access to Netflix/streaming apps.

Great location on the beach. Pool was amazing. Staff were helpful with booking a speed boat to our next destination.

As a big family, we booked two rooms. One was outstanding, clean and more than we could have expected but the other (the more expensive one) wasn’t as clean and the jacuzzi was not able to be used due to how dirty it was.

Beautiful room, great location, just right on the beach with stunning view and beautiful surroundings and just next to walking street so it's very easy to shopp, find some restaurants and book a daytrip or transfer service. Good breakfast with many dishes to choose.

Bathroom showed evidence of mould, as did ceilings and curtains. I had an item of clothing go missing after my room was cleaned. They say drinking water is supplied, but they only give 600ml per day which is not enough.

The facilities are not well maintained, there was a very bad smell in the rooms (of mold) and lack of air (no windows to open). The pool doesn’t look very clean. Breakfast was medium. When you check out please keep in mind they check the room before you can leave so take a few extra min so you won’t be late to your ferry.

The location was really great, close to the main street of Railay and to the beach, the rooms were very big and the AC was great.

We arrived in a long tail boat at the opposite end of the beach and had to transport our cases over the sand to our resort! In all fairness, I think if we had gone to the resort,they would have helped us to transport our luggage 🙏

The accommodation is slightly dated now. Various issues with rooms - broken flush, jacuzzi plug wouldn't release, water from the jets was orange

Towels can be more clean (seems that is about time to replace them). In addition - the beach/pool towels always been is short (we needed to ask for them every day)

Getting to the property requieres flexibility and a sense of adventure. Backpacking is the best option to get there! Also, the breakfast buffet is very basic and the area where the jam and honey is located is full of bees. The insects enter the dispensers and are a danger to small children. Staff is conscious but indifferent about this situation The pools have very limited seating availability.

It’s a very relaxed and cozy atmosphere type of stay. The rooms were comfortable but with the exception of a small, one person hot tub had really nothing special. Property is right at the water.

This is a very basic "resort", with really only 2 pools as main activities. Nothing else makes it anything other than a regular hotel. The water coming out of the sink and shower faucets smelt like an old pipe and tasted terrible. Impossible to even brush your teeth with it. Breakfast was average. The same person in charge of the egg station was also making pancakes, so the queue was long at times.

Great location right on the edge of the beach. Main pool was very nice and deep. Villa is spacious and comfortable.

We landed at the opposite end of the beach to the hotel and we had to drag our suitcases across the sand! In all fairness had we have known prior,I am sure if we went to the hotel,one of the staff members would have helped us but we didn’t know (having never been there before!)

Property a bit run down and cleanliness could be improved. They were carrying out some building maintenance during our stay. Variety of beds - some ok others very hard. No real atmosphere in the restaurant / bar area.

Good location to explore Railay and Phra Nang cave beach. Pool was nice. Staff friendly and were generally helpful.

wish there's another entrance from East-port side. It is too far to walk to the west and to east again.... it was quite noisy because of renovation of some rooms. But understand they are preparing the peek season. Even though you clicked on "do not disturb" and go for breakfast, you will see cleaning woman is inside your room. No ventilator in bathroom, neither window, so humid there. You need to feed mosquitos during sleeping, impossible to get them away. But breakfast was quite dissapointed... fruits were always missing. But i will miss this hotel anyways! please stay if you need to sleep in Railay

Limited options for dining, entertainment and shopping. Guests arriving late should book transportation via the hotel. It is not easy to get from airport to the hotel after 6 pm

The beach is right in front of the hotel and we love the long pool within the property. They have a lot of trees and we even saw monkeys around the property which adds to its allure.

Great location for everything on railay beach (it’s very small anyway!). Right in the main beach and can see the sunset easily from the bar area. Two swimming pools are lovely and villas offer privacy. If you want a resort style holiday, this ticks every box. We went for a large villa for two which was so spacious and great bathroom facilities etc.

Take care with the monkeys. We had a problem with one that was trying to get into our room The pools were a bit dirty. Specially the one by reception. Breakfast was a bit poor (pastries felt soggy)

The facilities are a bit outdated. Breakfast area was infested by mosquitoes, they should provide repellents and put some citronella candles or something like that. The staff was great overall except for last day when the guy at the reception was not very friendly and seems not to be willing to help us with our airport transfer booking. The AC in the bedroom is huge and it was hard to find a comfortable setting to sleep without freezing or having to endure the heat, a fan would easily solve the problem.

Great location! The airport pick up was organized and smooth. Good variety for breakfast. The restaurant was also good quality. Comfortable bed and very spacious room.
