CanadaI was fairly happy with all the amenities. I was a little bothered by the breakfast I prepaid in that it would have been cheaper to just buy the breakfast at the location. I paid more than necessary according to the resort's own pricing at their restaurant.

Very nice and quiet hotel at the edge of town with a pool, a small garden and very nice bungalows. They offer a balcony with a nice view to the sea. The hotel also offers breakfast options. Lots of shops around. The beds are ok

ChileThe room had very poor lighting. The Air conditioning leaked water and both the main room and bathroom/ toilet had a very bad smell (particularly the bathroom/ toilet). The bed was uncomfortable, we could feel the springs in the mattress and the frame felt very fragile and also made a lot of noise at the slightest movement. The young lady at reception was very rude and and was not at all helpful. We asked her for assistance in a number of issues and we were told to find our own solutions. Her manner was not at all inviting and she often did not greet us with "hello" or any other cordiality, even in Thai.
The location was good. The pool was nice and had beautiful surrounds.

United KingdomNot a lot, we had a wonderful stay. After booking last minute so we had a place with air conditioning (our first place in Railay did not) we were more than happy here.
Pool and views, location on Railay East, air conditioning is excellent, water pressure was good. Rooms in the bungalow buildings are spacious and have a very practical setting. Facilities (pool and breakfast) are great and the pool is a wonderful spot to relax in the sun.
