Extreme noise from boat traffic all day :-( Small private beach unfortunately littered

Breakfast was bland. Communication about travel (long boat) provided by the resort lacking, leading to a nightmare walk with luggage from the main pier.

Fantastic views! Had a great time. Accommodation was exactly what we pictured. Staff friendly and helpful.

Getting to the resort was very difficult, you have to go into a different pier. The walk to and from restaurants, bars, the beach is also very far.

The view was amazing and the staff were helpful.

We found the breakfast to be a bit lacking- the egg station looked good but everything else seemed a bit lacklustre. The pool was great but very cold as it was unheated. Also I think that the facilities could use a bit of an upgrade as the pathways were cracked and uneven, and when I tried to fill the bath, the hot water was brown.

We loved the location of the hotel despite it being slightly further out of Railay town. The views were so beautiful and our cabin had a stunning sea view. The staff were so helpful and friendly too.

very hard to access, it is the furthest hotel from the town and pier, need to walk up big hills and it’s at least 1.5/2km to walk to the hotel, there is no alternative mode of transport apart walking

Information about getting to the property - free shuttle times and the fact that there is one! Honesty about being a 15 min walk to the other side of Railay Beach where most of the restaurants and activities are.

Breakfast was good - egg station/pancakes very good. Didn't eat any other meals at the restaurant.

Some steep uphil climbs.

Beautiful location away from the crowds. The Duskey Leaf monkeys visit this area and it was great to view them in the trees on our patio.

Everything and everyone (including all the workers in Railay) comes by long tail boat which go right past the hotel so it is pretty hectic and noisy especially “rush hour” am and pm.

Great views, very nice rooms, lovely pool, lots of wildlife. Very helpful staff. Rooms very private. As the information states the resort is on a very steep hill and you might have a bit of a walk to your room, that’s why the views are so good and the rooms so private. Good lighting and torches provided.

The whole day and night it could be a bit noisy cause of the longboats that are passing through. The bungalows are located on a cliff so it’s a bit of a hike to get there and the path is slippery. We took the longboat from the Ao Nam pier and the staff could be more helpful with unloading luggage and bring this to the reception/bungalow. in other places we had a more relaxing experience.

The bungalows are great, located in the bush so you are in the middle of the jungle, that’s a nice experience. There is a path near the sea where you can walk (10 min) to Railay, there a several bars, restaurants and mini-markets. if you pass the ‘boulevard’ and at the end go left there is a nice beach.

Our room was quite far from reception & was all uphill so quite a sweaty walk back so would perhaps recommend asking for a room not so far away!

The beach (Railay beach east) in front of the hotel is not a good place for swimming in the ocean, mangroves and not so clear water on that side of Railay beach.

Really calm and relaxing place. Well maintained and beautiful pool area. Imbedded in great vegetation (jungle). View on the sea from almost everywhere. Breakfast is also more than sufficient.

A bit of a walk to get to the resort with bags but we really appreciated the location! However, they provide you a free shuttle boat to the closest pier on departure. Depending where your villa is located, you will need to climb a bit + some stairs - not a problem for us.

The name of the resort makes justice to the views. They are indeed great! Pool area is awesome to relax with ocean view. If you have luck you can also see the monkeys around! Our villa was really comfortable and clean, couldn’t recommend more!

Breakfast was nice, however, I would add one more coffee machine and toaster, so people dont have to wait specially when there are more guests. A proper coffee machine that offers different variety of coffees would be nice. Other than that it was great.

Pool, the rooms, bathroom was awesome even the every day hike to our house was fun.

The property is a reasonable walk from central Railay which is hard work in the heat/with bags. The location next to a bay means the long boats are very loud which continues until after midnight and then starts at 5am - sleeping plugs were provided but the noise was so loud it still disrupted sleeping.

Nice pool and great views. Rooms are a good size. Complementary shuttle to the pier was nice.

If you are sensitive to sound you might not be happy with longboats sounds but hotel is providing you with earplugs.

Very beautiful property, clean, surrounded by gorgeous nature and gives a lot of privacy. Amazing pool area, clean and comfortable. Great breakfast selection, filled mini bar in our room.

The constant cockroaches, and debris from the roof that drops to the bathroom floor. The slight lack of water pressure.

during heavy rain the roof in the room was leaking in few places , but that wasnt that bad. also frequently passing by long tail boats are very noisy and they are swimming also and night. but i guess it would be even worse and main railey beach. prices in hotel restaurant are more than double what you pay in restaurant 10 min walk away.

quiet location on the end of the beach. nice swimming pool, tasty breakfast. rooms were good, very nice view. its not far away from restaurants and bars with good food and normal prices.

The area is quite noisy... First thing we saw in the room were earplugs, which is considerate... But the noise of so many longtail boats sailing nearby day and night was actually quite disturbing... It is possibly an issue of the whole area and not only this place anyway...

The room and facilities are good. The staff is great. Nice bar in the surroundings.
