Room farthest away from the pool

the air conditioning in the room is on top of the bed and despite trying to have a reasonable temperature, the air conditioning was either too cold or too hot so we could not sleep properly. Food in the restaurant took long time and staff struggled to understand english.

The free breakfast buffet was pretty terrible. I gave it two chances and then opted to eat my third breakfast out in town. The hotel restaurant and bar were overpriced but there are lots of places within walking distance where you can get a beer or food and bring it back to the pool or resort, if you want. Also, the pool in the interior of the resort was dead and still had a nice view/vibe so if you want something more serene, the option is there.

Seems to have been the best location on the island. From what I saw walking around this place had the best pool and view. I splurged on a room with a private pool which was lovely. Very private and secluded. The beach was mostly clean (some trash and seaweed but nothing out of the norm) and the water was crystal clear. My favorite thing was the view of the limestone cliffs.

Doors in hotel rooms don't have seals around the door frame, gorgeous room but was eaten alive by mosquitos due to the door issue. For the price of the hotel I think this needs to be sorted.

The location is amazing and it's definitely what you pay for. Kem the pool bar tender was great and made us feel so welcome. Reception and luggage staff are so helpful.

The breakfast buffet was not that good. Stale bread. Some items tasted like they were left out for hours.

The daily restocked mini bar. Friendly staff. Nice location. Big comfy bed. Nice and peaceful when we went it felt very quiet. Clean pool. Lots of sight seeing options for all kinds of levels of activity from easy to extreme.

The rooms need a lot of renovation. Maintance lacks at many placed. The The breakfast spread was limited and many flies around. Some staffs attitude at the pool bar needs to be improved. Need additional keys for family.

I was bit worried about the negative reviews about this property However when we reached the entire experience was awesome. We reached in the evening closer to sunset . We were picked up by a big van from aip[ort and later transported to the pier by a tuk tuk later.  Then we boarded a boat to Ralily bay beach. It was low tide and hence the tractor picked up from the boat. It was an amazing experience for everyone. The location was amazing with  almost like a private beach between the cliffs.  This is one of the best beaches you can find in the area and you are literally staying just in front of one of the best places in Krabi. We stayed in the luxury pool villa. The bed and private pool. jacuzzi were nice. However the aircon was too loud, leaking and the villa need some serious miantenace. Most of the staffs are very friendly and courteous. The front desk tour desk Ms.Sarima was exceptional and always a warm smile. She helped us to book memorable and amazing local trips. I would recommend booking with the hotel desk than searching outside. You will get VIP treatment and good transportation, cars etc.

- room was very old. - the blankets also seemed old. Mine had holes in them. - the bathrobe looked old and worn out. - The beach slippers provided were not clean. They were dusty and you could see the footprint of the person who used it before.

- Beach front - close to the pier - lovely pools. One by the beach and one inside the property. You can go for the latter if you prefer some quiet time. - Free minibar - this is an absolute plus. I had never realized the convenience of this until now. - lovely and extremely helpful staff - big and spacious room with a lovely balcony. - decent breakfast with different items from 1 day to the next.

The shower did not work properly at all. It would go from hot to cold and vice versa! U couldn’t get it to stay at a decent temperature. Was very disappointing!

Breakfast could be a little better quality. There is good choices but the quality of some items could be improved.

Terrible location of the villas. Our first villas were near the public toilet on the back side of the beach, and it was a "Deluxe Cottage"! There was an unpleasant smell and the boats noise. The staff replaced our rooms, but at least one of the new rooms was unclean. There were shoe marks in the bathtub that were not washed off. There was mold and rust everywhere. One of the first rooms had a view of the wall rather than the garden. The doors in the rooms let mosquitoes through the gaps around the edges.

Good breakfasts, pool and sunbeds location. Nice garden area.

It’s a very touristic location. Luckily we were here in low season. I don’t think we would go here in high season when it’s really busy.

This resort is located at the beautiful Railay Bay, in the middle of the forest, the monkeys are everywhere. The rooms were quite comfortable and the mini bar had lots of free stuff. The staff were very nice and accommodating.
