Breakfast could be a little better quality. There is good choices but the quality of some items could be improved.

Great hotel. Right on the beach, the staff was extremely nice throughout our stay. The room was great, just as in the pictures.

Terrible location of the villas. Our first villas were near the public toilet on the back side of the beach, and it was a "Deluxe Cottage"! There was an unpleasant smell and the boats noise. The staff replaced our rooms, but at least one of the new rooms was unclean. There were shoe marks in the bathtub that were not washed off. There was mold and rust everywhere. One of the first rooms had a view of the wall rather than the garden. The doors in the rooms let mosquitoes through the gaps around the edges.

It’s a very touristic location. Luckily we were here in low season. I don’t think we would go here in high season when it’s really busy.

This resort is located at the beautiful Railay Bay, in the middle of the forest, the monkeys are everywhere. The rooms were quite comfortable and the mini bar had lots of free stuff. The staff were very nice and accommodating.

Railay beach is hard to reach, and the staff wasn't very helpful when we contacted them prior our arrival to ask for advice on getting there. We had to carry our luggages along the pier and to the hotel. Later we realised that there is a hotel transfer longboat (3 times a day) in which case they organise a trackor to meet the longboat and they transfer your luggages then. This would've been nice to know and should've been explained even if we didn't ask specifically.

Railay beach is beautiful and definitaly worth visiting. The hotel is very nice as well, has a good breakfast, a beautiful garden and a good pool. Monkeys often visit it as well.

Two things could improve for a 10: breakfast and the maintenance/ cleanliness of the pool area and room. Simple details like removing the white paint stains from furniture in the room, clean the headboard and keep cleaner the pool toilets… for the rest fantastic!

The location is unique: directly on the beach between the west and east side of Railay. Big room (cottage) with all kind of amenities (including free mini bar) Vegetation and the monkeys were a plus. Two swimming pools, one right on the beach. Seat area in the front, between pool and beach (west part) The resort has a supermarket, health clinic, restaurant and bar (did not try any). Next to the complex there is a short street with bars, restaurants, massages, shops, etc.

Because the AC turns off when we leave, the room was suffocating on our return and took quite a while to cool down.

We had a luxury villa with a private pool that we used every day to cool off while waiting for the AC to cool our room. The staff were extremely helpful. We loved the restaurant right on the beach. We went on 2 excursions and the travel to and from was all carefully orchestrated by the hotel staff. In addition, the airport transfers were provided and were excellent.

This lovely resort is in a perfect location on Railay Bay which is stunning! The room was spacious, very comfortable & the complimentary minibar everyday is a bonus. Also the staff were very courteous & friendly. Highly recommended! 😁

The property should say that we need to take a boat to go to the hotel .. after 6.30 pm there is no speed boat so you need to take a private boat. We arrived in the dark and was quiet unclear from the airport !

Everything was nice, the staff was so kind and helpful. We saw monkeys and the pool is right next to the beach ! Good breakfast as well !

The area around the pool is very small for that quantity of people that come. The constant noise and smell because of the boats that come to this side too. (not about the hotel, but gives a negative notes). Sometimes the boats go back and forth through the swimming zone and that looks dangerous. As long as we love swimming and enjoying the water, that fact made us disturb if they see us to avoid accident... The air conditioner in the room was very powerful even at 'low' mode, and right above the bed, which is not healthy. I think it must have been installed above the door to avoid straight freezing air. Overall the room is perfect.

Transfer is very unusually organized. They have a private parking (we came by car) and they provided a boat to Railay Beach (8 ppl in total). The room is very big with unique furniture and a great balcony. Minibar was free, which was so nice! The personnel is very friendly and ready to help anytime everywhere. The territory is very lush and nicely done. The pool is pretty small, but with epic views all around. The restaurant is within a step from the beach and the dinner menu is pretty impressive, the dishes are beautifully decorated with local flowers and not too pricy. Cocktails are very simple though.
