Unfortunately, there are no sunbeds because of lack of space. I would recommend a direct pool access room! Really makes the difference

Corridors of this hotel echo a lot so quite noisy at night, especially given our proximity to the lifts. Lots of mosquitos if you’re in a pool room.

High quality property compared to others in the Patong region. We could also easily access all the beaches up the West coast of Phuket to avoid the crowds of Patong, but still get night life- great location. Pool lovely and rooms spacious.

In the bathroom sometimes there was a bad smell coming out from the drain.

The hotel’s location is good. It is near to the beach, the restaurants and bars. The room is big, the bed is extremely comfortable. The breakfast is great, there are lots of options. The thai massage was very professional and relaxing. The staff is nice and helpful.

It was not bad. But the bar is opened and then it’s not. Cute pool inside ti complex so gets noisy at night when you have loud swimmers. I just felt the price was much higher than what you got

No sunbeds around the pool. Some noise from main road bars at night. Apart from that , a smashing relaxing comfortable hotel with staff happy to help in a good location.

Great staff with instant response for any concerns. Great location across the street to the beach and a short walk to Bangla Rd if thats your thing with loads of bars and restaurants around. Gorgeous pool area but no sunbeds. Value for money hotel with lovely staff in great location.

There was nothing that we didn't like and we would return if we ever go back to Patong.

Quality Beach Resort and Spa is an excellent hotel to stay at if you are looking for affordable accommodation in the Patong area. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. We had the pool access room, which I highly recommend. It was perfect for spending time at the pool and having drinks in the evenings after the sun went down. There are MANY restaurant options available outside the hotel in walking distance. Bangla Road is only a few minutes walk away for those who enjoy the nightlife scene. The breakfast was good with many different dishes to choose from.

We liked the darkness of the room, great curtains and aircon. Really close to the main shops/ attractions. Staff were helpful and a good breakfast!

There was no lift in our block, fine for us but be warned. Breakfast was ok.

They put us in the wrong room above a bar with live music and it was so noisy we couldn’t sleep. Basin & toilet leaked. Definitely not a 4 star. Breakfast was in a bar next door. Not great quality and not a great selection

To go to our room, we had to walk literally through the storage of the kitchen. Live music was playing until midnight (which was okay for us).

The location was perfect. Right in front of the Patong beach. And in walking distance from lots of activities and attractions. So we were in the middle of the action.

We had some noisy neighbours, so the hotel upgraded us to an amazing suite which was super quiet. They were so lovely about it!

We had floating pool breakfast and everything was terrible.Cold food included pork when I mention a lot of times not pork. Was missing items from menu. After complain they offer us for free and new one couple of days after. On check out we lost one of our room cards and they obligate us to pay for it. So annoying

We didn’t realise the pool doesn’t get much sun & there’s no Loungers only seats. This isn’t the hotels fault we didn’t do our research properly as it is stated. I’m only mentioning this for others incase they like a pool to sunbathe. The hotel itself is lovely & I’d stay again.

Stunning entrance and very clean. Rooms spacious, clean & beds very comfortable. Staff friendly & very accommodating. Very close to all shops/restaurants/bars all within walking distance. Brilliant value for money.

Our room was situated above the Irish bar which was incredibly loud until midnight every night with their live music. The rooms situated in this part of the hotel could do with better sound-proofing

Too much of an Indian theme going on. If I wanted to visit Mumbai I would have gone to Mumbai. I went to Thailand to experience Thailand. And the lovely pool area needs a good thinning out of trees and shrubs as it’s over grown in my opinion.
