The "Thai" style of the place. The location. The cleanliness of the room and of the premises. The peacefulness of common areas like the pool, without loud music. The trees and flowers around the pool. The calm, despite the hotel being a few seconds from busy streets. The reliability and ease of use of the air conditioning. The comfortable furniture on the balcony.

The bathrooms were designed in an odd way. There were no handles or hooks to hang towels and the bathtub had no curtain so when we showered, the water would make the whole bathroom floor wet. Other than that, it did not affect our stay

The room was very comfortable, clean and fragrant. The aircon was very good. It was right infront of patong beach, so super convenient. The breakfast was also good.

Loud music starting around 10sh, early sleepers will struggle as the rooms are not sound proof

The master bedroom toilet shower was very uncomfortable to use. You have to stand inside the bathtub and the shower holder was in a fixed position which doesn’t allow you to tilt the direction. The absence of a shower curtain/partition made the whole toilet wet. However the shower water pressure was excellent.

The 2 room suite was spacious and comfortable.

There weren’t enough television options in English and we had asked the front desk to fix our air conditioner because it wasn’t working in 28 degree nights and it wasn’t, so that made for a few sleepless nights.

The property was well kept, very clean and close enough to the main shopping area and Bangla Road. And the pool was beautiful!

The bed, I requested a king bed and they put 2 small bed together so we could feel the line in the middle and the mattress was just awful I couldn’t get a good night sleep.

The location is perfect! Such a nice hotel! I will highly recommend to get a room with a pool entrance is just magnificent!

We arrived at the Resort at 10.30am and weren't able to access our room until 2.00pm. There was no air conditioned area that we could access at that time and it was very hot. Breakfast was disappointing and the hot food available, was always cold.

The Resort was in a perfect location, opposite Patong Beach, easy to access transport such as taxis, tuk tuks, lots of great restaurants close by, a beautiful pool, and great facilities

Only 1 English movie channel on tv and showed the same movies everyday.could be cheaper drinks around the pool to expensive

Being very picky, but, a 1000 baht deposit and a double sided laminate lists of “damage changes” in the room upon arrival seemed a bit like overkill.

The design of this hotel is beautiful! It truly took our breath away and felt like such a special way to start our holiday. There is lovely attention to detail in its design, from frangipani mosaics on the floor to the colourful bunting being hung for Songkran. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and equally as pretty. Nice bathroom too. The pool area is particularly lovely. Situated around a pagoda bar, it is covered with lovely trees. You truly wouldn’t know you were smack back in crazy Patong as it feels so tropical and luxurious. I was worried about noise throughout the night but it wasn’t a problem at all. We could hear a little bit of the live music from the Irish bar outside in the night it wasn’t a bother and certainly didn’t keep us from a good nights sleep. The hotel is far enough from Bangla Rod that there’s no disturbance from clubs/bars there, but, still within walking distance. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy this hotel and its beautiful facilities.

Nothing really, but think the rule about taking food back to your room is a bit harsh and very outdated.

The location is perfect, amongst everything but nice & quiet to relax. Had a pool access room which was amazing and would highly recommend . The swimming pool as great. Also breakfast very good.
