Booked a king room, but the mattress was just 2 twin beds pushed together. Shower would alternate between scalding and cool water.

They do t have elevators so it is hard for people with mobility issues. The steps in the area we stayed in were quite steep and the had a 90* turn so it was a bit hard for me. Other than the stairs we didn’t have any issues.

The staff was amazing. They were very polite and helpful. The room we rented was over the Irish Pub, were told it may be a bit noisy so they showed us another room. We ended up in the room over the pub which was actually relaxing and spacious. The music from the pub ended around 11 pm and I actually enjoyed it. The pool was a bit small but very calm and relaxing. The breakfast was a mix of Asian and western so I can’t complain. It is a very busy area so if you’re looking for something quiet this may not be a good place to stay.

no tv variety, one english channel on a loop playing euro news all day. im so sick of hearing about war and thats all that was on tv, all day. also beware that in 5 days i didnt have one day without a demolition job on the top floor which is a constant barrage of sledgehammer,drill and grinder noise. was like having a holiday on a building site 8 till 5 every bloody day. WITHOUT THiS NOISE i would give it a 9 instead of 7. i know it needs to be done so hope you finish soon.

nice place with nice restaurant and irish pub in the resort. staff were amazing and should be proud of themselves. laundrymat attached and very cheap, so handy especially before you go home. take nice clean ironed clothes home. i had to cancel a room and they didnt have to but did out of kindness. thankyou very much.

The bathroom tub design was not very efficient. Water was splashing and pooling everywhere. It needs an extra drain and maybe a shower curtain to contain the water splash. The elevator was also far and very hot inside.

We liked the size of the suite. Quite comfortable for 3 people. Plus the birthday setup in the bedroom was just wonderful!

They hotel in a perfect location right across patong beach ,walking distance to restaurants and bangla road. They staff here are amazing, always greet you with a smile and go out of their way to help.

however, staff doesn't need to be aggressive to check all our luggage just because of the bathrobe. our expectation from your property is so high, but still to treat us like stealing just for bathrobe is so rude. this is unacceptable. we will be looking forward for your action and management response regarding this.

The water did not get hot and the breakfast was not very good.

The beds were amazingly comfortable. The pool was beautiful and the location was great. A very short walk to the beach and there were plenty of restaurants, mini marts, and dispensaries nearby.

Thaw bathroom door was a louvre door - which means sharing all bathroom noises with your traveling companions. It’s the first time I’ve had that in a hotel so found it both odd and uncomfortable.

It was a lovely boutique hotel in a great location, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were pleasant and efficient.
