The water did not get hot and the breakfast was not very good.

The beds were amazingly comfortable. The pool was beautiful and the location was great. A very short walk to the beach and there were plenty of restaurants, mini marts, and dispensaries nearby.

Thaw bathroom door was a louvre door - which means sharing all bathroom noises with your traveling companions. It’s the first time I’ve had that in a hotel so found it both odd and uncomfortable.

It was a lovely boutique hotel in a great location, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were pleasant and efficient.

The tiles around the pool are not appropriate, I am 70 and fell over stepping down from the bridge onto the tiles. I hurt my back, my toe, and my neck and head. You need to place non-slip mats in this area because at my age, I could have broken my hip.

We had noisy neighbours and had to call reception to get security to come up and ask them to be quiet... only problem was we didn't know if anyone came up as the neighbours continued to be noisy. Only complaint!!

The room was very nice and comfortable, and the breakfast had a lot of variety to pick from. Right across from the beach and near convenience stores, excellent location for us!

Breakfast was very ordinary. Needed more area around the pool. ONly 2 chairs partially in the sun. Needs bigger sitting area around pool

Breakfast is served at the bar in front of the hotel. Since the area is very small, it can be difficult to find a place inside. The bad smell coming from the sink was disturbing.

It was a stay that we were very pleased with. The location, the size of the rooms, and the cleanliness were very good. I really liked the way the breakfast was served. You can order a breakfast plate from many different options. There is also a small open buffet.

Not long back from a fabulous 10 night stay at this facility (2 adults and 2 teenagers). Staff were super friendly and helpful. Our 2 bedroom suite was immaculately cleaned when we requested servicing of the room. We booked with breakfast included and were not disappointed - there was plenty of options to suit the whole family at the buffet breakfast. The pool is perfectly adequate to chill out in and enjoy a drink at the poolside bar (only suggestion is that maybe look at having some sun loungers that are adjustable so you can lie down on you front if you want to). Located just across the road from the beach and easy walking distance to Bangla Road (but far enough away not to be disturbed by the noise). Highly recommend.

Shower was hit and miss. Either extremely hot water or freezing cold. Also took approx 10 mins for any warmth in the water. The pool wasn’t overly clean.

No sun around the pool area, cleaners leave your front door open and lots of mosquitoes in room while they are cleaning … our room was very dark no sunshine in our room , water pressure and temperature varied during shower , it would be warm then freezing cold and then really hot.

It was clean , close to all amenities, nice gardens and nice pool.

They charged 300 Thai bhat for missing EMPTY laundry bag. God knows I did not even notice the laundry bag when I checked in

Just have to be careful on the damages list any marks on the sheets etc and you have to pay 100$ to replace them which i thought was over the top when they can be washed understandable if they are stained in red wine
