Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CambodiaThe breakfast was super basic. I got a room with four beds for my family of four people. Small beds were super hard, I have never met hard mattresses like this. But the big bed was really comfortable. It will take you about 15 minutes walk to the nearest food court in case you want to grab some snack outside the hotel. If you get food in the hotel and pay by a credit card, they charge additional 10%.
The hotel is situated, not far from the airport. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to reach it by taxi. We were met by the team, which was friendly and accommodating. The room is spacious, Wi-Fi is available.

Germanythe beds are good, but ours were a bit hard
I had an early morning flight, so the location close to the airport was particularly important. The staff are friendly and helpful, the taxi I ordered was waiting outside the hotel 5 minutes before the agreed time with the engine running. The room was clean and well equipped and despite the proximity to the airport there was hardly any noticeable aircraft noise.

The place is so quiet, clean, comfortable, and the girls are very kind and friendly. The bed was bug and comfy, the pillows as well. The room size was big and the bathroom too. Clean bathroom with warm shower and shampoo and soap. Location is also very close to the airport, about 18mins and 150baht taxi ride.

United StatesVery little to not like. If I was to nitpick this property, I would mention the buildup of dust on wall decorations and the ceiling fan. It was quite heavy and in stark contrast to the cleanliness of everything else.
Good location. Close to the airport. We had 12 hours between our arrival at BKK and our train departure for Chaing Mai. QG allowed us a great place for comfortable sleep.
