FranceThe resort is called "hotel and restaurant", but there was no kitchen except for frying eggs for breakfast. So they had an overpriced menu from a restaurant far from the hotel and we had to wait for our order at least 1h for it to be cooked and delivered. There were no shops around, no ATM machines, no banks to exchange money. Luckily, the guy from there drove us in a city (almost 1h away) to get money and buy some stuff. The facilities were run down, sheets while clean, were dirty with old mold and tears.
The resort was calm, the staff very friendly and they helped us with everything we needed. Nice location with sunset in the sea. Staff arranged a boat to visit the 4 islands and the taxi to go to the airport.

CanadaMake no delusion this hotel is off the Beaten Track. It struck me as that we came in the offseason the hotel was generally run down or less maintained then the photos appeared. The South was helpful and friendly but the facilities did not meet the billing.
The room was spacious and the breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and attentive and also did arrangements for transportation which was a requirement as grab did not work.

A very spacious villa with a shower and a bathtub. The staff is kind and nice. The hotel is located on the beachfront. Sunrises and sunsets were awesome.

IcelandIf it wasn't for this great staff this hotel would have gone out of business a long time ago, I don't understand how this hotel is listed as 4 stars, maybe it's 2 stars. maybe a long time ago it was a 4 star hotel. it is obvious that the owners put no capital into fixing and making it beautiful.
The staff and the food they cooked were absolutely exemplary. that's the only good thing to say about this hotel

ThailandThe buildings haven't been maintained well, which was probably due to Covid the past few years. If you can look past the mouldy and paint-peeling outside walls to the large, clean rooms you will enjoy your stay. The menu was short and did not include any western food other than breakfast. However, the Thai food was good and they cooked it without an overdose of chilis, so we were able to eat it without problem. The servings were plentiful and looked appetizing. It didn't bother us, but there are no sights to see or other restaurants/shopping nearby. Party people might not enjoy it so much here, but those of us who just want quiet and the beach will love it!
Great staff, ready to meet any need to make our stay enjoyable. It was quiet and peaceful and the beach was beautiful. No crowds. We had the beach to ourselves. Great for older folks like us and I think it would be wonderful for families with children. The free breakfast was made to order and was always well-cooked and attractively served. Special orders to make mine diabetes friendly gave them no problem -- and they remembered my needs the entire week without my making repeated requests.

RussiaEverything was excellent, especially for quite and calm vocation ! Seaside on this location is good for sunbathing , but we swamped only in swimming pool.
So friendly and responsive staff . Nice, helpful and responsive supervisor. Location is very authentic, quite for pure relax! Our number was so tidy . Hotel restaurant was also excellent, not very expensive , Thai food so yammi 😊😊😊
