no elevator available at the main building (lobby of hotel) to other areas. We had a member of our group who suffered with bad knees.

Probably the only minor issue is the water pressure in the shower is a little weak. While the dinner buffet had different cuisines every night, breakfast buffet was the same food with minor changes every day. Could do with a bit more variety daily.

Got the junior suite with the bunk bed and it was perfect. Although the king sized bed was more of 2 super single together, so it's definitely more super king sized. The hotel buffet (breakfast & dinner) was good, with good spread and different cuisines every day. The pool was good, and the beach is just a few steps away, with good simple canoe & paddle boarding. Didn't get to experience the activities or the kids club (my kid was a bit older) but love that it's so family friendly. Would definitely come back again.

The location is a bit far away from the busy areas and restaurants like Old Town Phuket. You need at least 40 minutes to go there with traffic.

The rooms are spacious and clean. We took the sea view room. At around 3pm there’s very low tide - you can see starfishes, crabs and sea cucumbers (cool activity for kids). Breakfast had a lot of food variety. Staff are super friendly.

Not a big issue but just a recommendation so you can improve the already excellent service you provide! There are no waiters or staff that comes round to the poolside to check if anyone wants to order any food or drinks. It's not a big issue, we can always walk round to the pool bar where the staff are all milling around. But it would make a difference and also increase sales if staff walks round to check if we wanted anything from the bar or any food. The whole week we were there we would have ordered a lot more drinks from the pool bar/restaurant. After we had our food by the pool, no one came round to clear our plates so we had to place the plates away from us to keep the flies away. Makes us sound a bit lazy... but we have been so spoiled by all the fantastic service in the different places that we have stayed in Thailand. We plan to come back to stay here so this is only a suggestion to improve the already excellent service you provide.

Book the sea view rooms. The view is amazing! All staff are amazing and super polite. Special mention to Nat who went out of his way to try and accommodate our prefered room. They also decorated the room special for our 10 year anniversary. What a wonderful gesture.

-Smelt damp in my room and my friends. (We did not complain as we were only staying four nights and spent most of our time out of the hotel, if you are staying longer I would recommend asking to change rooms) -The stopper in the bath did not work either. -If you are looking for a party this is far out. The entertainment around the hotel is not great and it is far from night life. -It is 30mins + drive to the attractions -It is about 1hr drive from Patong (all the night life is here) however you can get bolt (taxis) and it is relatively cheap. - 1hr10mins drive to the airport.

-Cleaned mostly every day. -Beds are comfy. - The staff were very friendly. - If you like something quiet and chilled then it would be brilliant, as it is far out from the hustle and bustle of Phuket. -Great activities for kids reasonably priced. -You can book your tours through them, however I found it cheaper outside of the hotel, the person was not very helpful and they gave a fixed price -The service staff and reception staff are great and very polite. - Good food options, we did the food buffet for two nights. They had a different theme and a good selection. -Room service is good and quick. - Security every night, you wear a wrist band and security will check this when you come in after hours. -15 Minute drive to see the elephants. -30mins drive to the port to go to the different islands. -30mins drive to Old Town. -Great swimming pools and it is a really nice walk along the beach when the tide is out.

We went room only and glad we did. Staff in restaurant were flapping around and no organisation the evening we tried to eat there we ended up walking out due to lack of service.

Our room was starting to look a bit tired and the toilet didn’t flush properly. The people in the room next to us had 2 dogs which barked every morning. I know that it is a pet friendly resort but I would have thought you would keep the guests with dogs together in one part of the resort.
