Some minor maintenance issues in the room to do with closing of cupboards and the lack of some small extras like bathrobes in the room hold the score back from being higher. For this reason, probably not quite the full value for money. Thanks for a good stay overall, however.

3 night stay and good service from all staff throughout (even for our after-midnight arrival, staff were at our room to make arrangements after check-in to sort some matters out). Beautiful view over the sea from the balcony, plus plenty of options on places to drink and eat on the resort (including places within 5min walk).

Felt like a party resort, every area had loud beat music, no quiet spots, difficult to read a book and enjoy the view.

The hotel needs a revamp. The bed had bugs and cleaning was not up to standard. Service was very slow by the pool. Definitely not worth the money. Not sure if it should be advertised as a 5*

I checked in at 3pm and room was given only by 5pm, therefore I have asked for 2pm late check out, the female attendance had a hard time understanding and was initially denied. We asked for manager to access situation and was kindly resolved.

It is a resort hotel built on a steep hillside, some way away from Patong. Once at the hotel you needed to call for an electric buggy to get to the main reception and then a taxi if you wanted to get into town or an outside restaurant for a change. We stayed for 3 days so didn't bother.

Room spacious. Private infinity pool large (width of patio). Restaurant good with plenty of choice of both Thai and European dishes.

First room had a smelly bathroom and it took another day after that to switch the room. The initial room should have not rented out in the first place

Only had 1 restaurant (other was closed). So only had a buffet option and that was country themed nights - who wants a Spanish food themed night in Thailand.

The food is expensive and we had to go to nearby cafés/ Seven Eleven to eat food.

The property is peaceful and situated on the Panwa Beach. The staff is really warm and caring. Special call out to US who explained the details of the property. In addition, would like to thank JB Brendia as well since he was constantly available for smallest of the queries. Lastly, would like to call out to Phugn who ensured that rooms are cleaned in a timely manner

The rate tour was more expensive that the rate tour at cross of the road by the time, it was the same destination.

Location was a little quiet, but we knew that and it was fine for a week of relaxation. Pool staff just needed to be a little more proactive on a couple of days to make sure that pool rules were observed.

Amazing staff, great facilities, incredibly well looked after, great housekeeping. Skilled mixologists, particularly at Junction Bar. Outstanding food in Tamarind restaurant.

Dinner a la carte and dinner at Tamarind restaurant were extremely expensive. Humidity was coming into the rooms from the air conditioning. I expected to be able to swim at the sea in front of the hotel, but it was not possible
