The Air Conditioner was a little sensitive until a comfortable level was finally achieved.

They were under construction, and the noise was not good, you could hear the noise from far. The logistics of the noise of people on the floor above you was very loud. Dont know if anything could be done about it.

The location was great, you could walk to nearby shops. Loved the hotel layout, was great to see and relax at the different pools, and experience the service and food next to the pools. Staff were really great, they helped me to get the Thai tea I kept on drinking at the Hotel.

Shower felt old and maintained not so good. Beach is pretty disappointing - not exactly the resort's beach, though the resort location is near the beach it's nice.

stuff are very nice and assistive. Nature experience outside the room is amazing. Pools are really really fun and nice. Breakfast has plenty of food to offer, but food is ok (not great). Food and coffee we order to the room by the room service was great! coffee arrived very hot. Buggy riding inside the hotel was pretty convenient and frequent.

The breakfast was very nice with lots of choice and in a nice location, the hot coffee was not palatable but the iced coffee was nice, our room smelt damp and the pillows where hard and not comfortable.

The room was damp and it smelt, we should of asked for it to be changed, my daughters stopped in a room on the next floor and that was fine.

The hotel is very large and during our stay in August there was a lot of work taking place upgrading rooms, there was alot of swimming pools on offer and the beach was a stones through from the hotel, there was good facilities outside the hotel, turn left and go to Kata for the more upmarket shops and restaurants, the breakfast was very good, the coffee was offered as iced or hot.

The food in Thai Thai Restaurant was a let down. The staff on check in did not give a lot of information about the resort and the activities. Quite expensive for food and drink on site. Breakfast was very very busy in the morning!

- Bathrooms in the family room didn’t have door lock which is quite strange (especially there are two doors). Something basic that can be fixed. - Property is visibly dated and run down in many places. When we were there, renovation was being done in many wings so were closed. This was ex-Hilton and seems to have been handed over to Pullman whose evinced no interest in upkeep of premises.

The television in the room wasn't a smart TV and didn't have very many channels to choose from. The breakfast selection was limited, and could have benefited from a few more 'standard' breakfast options.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist you. The resort grounds were large, with plenty of greenery, fish filled lakes, and numerous swimming pools to choose from. The gym was well equipped and the spa was amazing. The hotel is in a great location, close to many of Phukets major attractions.

This is not a beach front property, when i booked the hotel on booking.com it shows as a beach front option. The beach is a 10 minute walk from your room, you have to cross a road to reach the beach. Karon beach has a lot of trash and dead fish which is not cleaned. I got a corner room there where three lizards every night on the wall next to my room door.

Four pools, huge property. A bus/tram takes you from the entrance to the lobby, good breakfast, a peacock and chicken wander around the hotel premises. The ice cream in cafe karon was the best i had during my stay. Room service cleans the room when ever you want them to.

Renovation is currently ongoing and will be for the next few months but it is bearable and not very noticeable but you are aware it is happening. But you can’t update without it. Would def come back

Beautiful landscaped and well looked after property. 5 pools all available to all guests (unlike some other hotel next door). Favourite hotel stay in our recent Phuket trip. Stayed in 2 x interconnecting Deluxe Garden Room which are in the main block but as they are on the 6th floor get a great sea view aswell. Property is great ,if like most a little dated though. They are in the process of renovating many of the other block in this low season but not too much noise. Swimming pools were the best we’ve used so far on our Thailand trip , volleyball net and inflatable waterpolo nets in one of the pools which was mic fun. Great Serenity pool connected to this pool as well with caves and a type of lazy river. (Needs a clean though). Rooms were large with good balcony and beds were hard but comfortable. Could do with an update but we were happy with them. We booked for 4 nights then extended again for another 2 as this is probably, bar the v expensive Centara Hotel the best hotel on Karron beach. Acces to the beach is great , tuktuks waiting outside to take you to Kata or Karron restaurant strip for 200 baht.little touches like having a road crossing guard to help you across the road to the beach is a nice touch. Breakfast was okay , offering on par with all other Thailand hotels ,very accommodating and they have an overflow restaurant if 1st gets too busy. A special mention to Petch on the front desk who works tirelessly without a break to ensure your stay is everything it should be. We had an incident where my son was sick and she arranged a Dr & nurse to visit within 30mins ( at a cost obviously but well worth it)

Room was beautiful with a great view. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The resort is very lush and green and peaceful. Very clean. Great bars and evening entertainment. Food was good. Wonderful fire show!

A very spread out resort hotel with longish walks between facilities.There was a regular cart service to the entrance which was welcome .Several hotel blocks which made it seem a collection rather than one hotel Most island activities were some distance away

Breakfast good.Food generally good.Location was great to walk to very good beach or pick up a local taxi to travel to Kata, or could walk to Kata along main road 25mins or so .

I didn't not like anything, but stay was relatively short would have liked more time to explore all the resort had to offer would def recommend staying at least a day or two here.

Resort is absolutely huge, was only there for one night, there was a shuttle bus that took you to different areas around the resort. Rooms were big and facilities were lovely. The beach and other bars and restaurants were only 5 mins from the resort also. We needed to get a doctor and the staff were great, had a doctor at our room within 15 mins which is exceptional service.

It needed a little bit of updating around the pools some tiles needed replacing and uneven slats around the pool closest to the beach.

The staff were all so lovely nothing was any trouble they were all very friendly, professional and so helpful.
