Location could have been better anything except the beach was a pretty good walk The bars and restaurants were pricey

The staff were very helpful. The food was excellent, including breakfast. The cooking lessons at Thai Thai were exceptional and the resulting dishes were superb. The pools, amenities, and experience are fabulous.

Breakfast is a bit poor, Also insects always in your plate. Better eat inside. Got food poisoning, spend 3 days not moving, not rven eating. Coctails over priced

Beach is not connected to the property but very close, there's a security guard that stops the traffic so people can cross the road to get to the beach.

AC can be significantly improved. English communication was a big issue in communicating effectively. Food can be improved in terms of variety felt there was minimum effort for experimentation and innovation unlike other places we have visited.

The hospitality and the welcoming staff makes all the difference right from breakfast to housekeeping. Very good team and even better management. The service was beyond excellent and hence I will recommend it.

The food (other than the breakfast) in the restaurants on the property was mediocre at best.

Close to the beach, spacious room with a wonderful view of the sea. Breakfast was delicious. Easy access to the beach and a short walk to shops and small restaurants. very nice pool areas, it was great that there were different types of pools for different preferences like families with kids, music, or even if you want a quiet time. Lots of activities to do in the resort in case it pours and you can't be at the beach.

Food, either too salty or oily. Had a tummy but within two days of being there. Resort prices are a lot more expensive for food.

The room size and my room looked over the pool. Nice ground, topical feel. The spa experience was unreal, really nice environment.

Room service could be better and the chk in counters could move faster. The main chk in lobby area was extremely hot and stuffy. Not many activities within the hotel grounds. Restaurants within the hotel grounds served limited food varieties and were very pricey.

Gd bfast. Nice pools. Quiet surroundings. Beautiful sunrise and sunset views fr the room. An extra bed was thoughtfully included.

I would have expected the room sizes to be slightly bigger given the price, but other facilities kind of compensated for it, so not much to complain about.

I liked the facilities and the staff the most. Everything went smooth from start to end. Cleanliness was top notch and location is great if you want to stay away from the Patong party kind of areas while not being too distant from it. There are also some good restaurants within walking distance of 15 mins from the resort.

There is a lot of safety concerns about the hotel, there are many areas where kids or even adults can fall and get hurt badly so please scan the areas and stay vigilant with your kids around those areas and balconies

Definitely coming back the next time, pools are fantastic, food is great, great beach and beach access unlike most resorts in Phuket, for a family with kids I would say this is one of the top options and you would not need to go out much but please read the problems

The breakfast was underwhelming. The beach is a public beach a small road away, not within the grounds

It is a sprawling place, the open-air mini-bus is amazing, comes really frequently, easy to get from our block to reception for our private hire cars

The decking around the pool at the front pool on the beach was damaged and is a hazard which could cause injury . Slider door in room was hard to open

Lots of European holiday makers throwing down towels on sunbeds and reserving them all day despite being seemingly elsewhere.

Sheer size of the hotel, offering many beautiful pools and stone throw to the beach. I wanted to watch prem football that kicked off at 2:15am and the staff kept the TV ready for me and turned it on for me alone to watch through till 430am. Was excellent of them. Location is excellent for walking to nearby restaurants, massage and grocery shops along with taxis just outside for short trip to Patong.
