Some rooms are far from the lobby and the main pool and you need a buggy from the hotel to go back and forward.

I can’t get over how amazing this place is! A true piece of heaven, located near the airport and surrounded by nature. The peaceful, relaxing atmosphere made the stay unforgettable. The staff were incredible, from the front office to room service—everyone was so helpful. The food was fantastic! Breakfast was a highlight, and lunch and dinner were equally top-notch. The views from every angle were breathtaking, with the sound of the waves providing the perfect background. The lovely front desk ladies were always ready to assist, and I loved how they used walkie-talkies to make service quicker and more efficient. Their innovative golf cart system stood out—they use actual cars with gear shifts due to the hilly terrain, which added to the fun. Honestly, the only downside to my stay was having to check out!

Not a criticism but this hotel is on a hill and there are steep hills/steps throughout the property and to access the beach , which is a definite consideration for the very old or very young. Likewise some water features around the lobby which may prove too appealing for a toddler with a penchant for escaping. The pool could do with a bit of TLC with a few tiles missing or loose. The menu in C bar didn’t make sense - some more Thai specialties would be great.

Well appointed and private room with large balcony. Really excellent buffet breakfast with loads of options and great service. Really delightful staff. Amazing poolside service. Our room was a buggy ride away from the reception/pool however it was always very easy to call for a ride. We also loved White Beach Massage & the Beach and Bubbles bar - both extremely close to the hotel. Really close to airport so we could maximise our time away.

There could have been more staff around during breakfast hours and the pool is in need of a few wear and tear repairs, but overall it didn’t take away from our overall experience.

We really enjoyed the secluded location and the peace and quiet surrounding the hotel. It had everything we needed at the hotel with the beach in walking distance and great Thai restaurants by the beach. The breakfast was incredible and definitely a highlight of our stay. The variety was amazing and we especially enjoyed how fresh everything was from the juices to the pastries. The main pool is beautifully situated to overlook the sea, both relaxing and fun. Poolside HH had great cocktails and the service was friendly.

Beautiful property and scenic views from the room and the pool. Nice beach with limited people. The breakfast had something for everyone. The staff was very attentive and went out of the way for customized requests.

Dinner was not great. As somebody who is very familiar with Thai food, as it is quite common where I live, the food at the main restaurant was not nearly as good as the Thai that I can get at home. The Italian restaurant was great

If I have one comment it was that the service in the Italian restaurant was patchy.

Nice and relaxed. Staff, particularly Mae Mae, were super helpful and really pleasant. Everything was easy and reasonable value.

The buggies which ferried guests around were great- what was not too great were the fumes emitted. Being in such a beautiful location surrounded by nature, I felt bad each time one went by us (pollution), so we took to walking back and forth to our room. Great exercise for us!

Absolutely stunning location and hotel. The rooms were very big and comfortable, and little touches like the stuffed toys on the kids beds, as well as welcome cocktails & smoothies which was sent to our room the first night was a brilliant start to our trip. Breakfast buffet was also another big highlight for us- great international and local selection, and we simply loved the little 'specials' cart/station which offered a different local asian dish daily.

Sometimes the wait for the shuttle from room to lobby/pool took some time to arrive. Although the infinity pool is stunning in design and location (with views out to the sea), the pool itself is in need of some TLC - as there were a number of places where tiles were missing - and the temporary bonding agent used to stick them back left nasty stains on our swimwear.

Amazingly friendly and helpful staff - always greeting with a smile and friendly face. Great room - large, nicely designed and well equipped. Brilliant location, nestled in the hillside and surrounded by nature, with plenty of water features and greenery. Well equipped gym, nice infinity pool overlooking the sea, and a good kids club. Breakfast was amazing, with so much to choose from - including a frozen yoghurt dispenser, fresh juice smoothy station, extensive pastries, hot dishes, etc. A fantastic dinner destination in their Vero restaurant.

Best Buffet breakfast ever. Management is great. Food quality is great. The pool area is clean with a nice view of the bay. Massage spa is a bit pricey, but it worse it. Staff are great.
