The beach is full of waste drifted from the sea. I know the hotel is doing its upmost effort to keep it clean. I even joined the staff and hotel's manager to a cleaning session one morning and learned this is an ongoing unsolved issue.

The hotel's architecture and facilities are super relaxing. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was very helpful. I also enjoyed very much the bar's 1+1 drink drink offer

I would say the only thing that I would say needed sorting was the pillows - 5 star I would expect feather or faux feather but the pillows were hard and I won’t lie, I’m a bit of a princess and like a feather pillow.

Everything about this place was fabulous! You are in a lovely quiet clean area of Phuket but close enough in a cab to get to anywhere you wish to visit. The pools were awsome as were all the staff. There was transport to and from the rooms to the lobby, bar, restaurant etc so don’t worry about the rooms being dotted about in a hillside. Food was fantastic and the breakfast is by far the best I have ever experienced - it was phenomenal! Rooms were clean and the shower was great.

The hotel rate (even if it's in the monsoon season) is still quite expensive. At times, we had to wait for a while for the pick-up of the room-to-lobby buggy.

Breakfast has been superb. Customized yet full of variety. The pools, especially the 'float' is pleasantly hidden which allowed us to enjoy peace and quiet. All the staff has been friendly, although not all with perfect English proficiency.

Location is great if you want to be a little bit out of the way of the hustle and bustle. Keep in mind it takes about an hour to get to Phuket Old Town or PaTong Beach.

This hotel is good value for money. It has a good fitness centre and an adults only pool. Room was quite are large and comfortable.

The only thing I can think of and it is more of a tip for improvement. There need to be stairs on 2 sections when walking up to the kids club or adults pool from the lobby. It was an easy walk except those two step hills where the buggy’s would also drive down. It was slippery to walk up and down that part.

Everything it was so beautiful and relaxing. Staff were amazing. Every single staff member was friendly, efficient and went that extra mile. There were so many little things they did and noticed to make our stay enjoyable it is hard to remember them all. Congratulations to all the team for your excellent, professional, warm service.

Was such a great stay but there was little things that bugged me and could be improved. - The service charge on everything is slightly unnecessary, I.e the 10% service fee on mini bar in room (no one is serving us?) I’d rather give cash directly to staff, if I’d like to tip. - As breakfast is so good I feel that dinner is slightly let down. It’s an A La Carte menu in the all day dining, whereas it would be much better if it was also a buffet in the evening. Big let down.

Little far from other beaches and activities, but long destinations is common issue in all phuket. Commuting between rooms and lobby is taking time also.

Location is nice for those who like to stay in the hotel and beach next to it only. Italian Restaurant was good.

BBC News wasn't working - other than that - everything was perfect.

Room was amazing - comfy beds, amazing views, work areas, seating area and a fabulous balcony overlooking the cliffs. Spa is incredible - Khun Dao runs a wonderful spa - Khun Kelly gives fabulous massages - you must ask for her. Breakfast is extensive and delicious and the room service delivered in packets like deliveroo is inspired. I stay here often.

Getting to and from the rooms was annoying. Hillside means you either have to wait for a buggy to pick you up, or get a cardio workout to get to your room. Walking paths were very steep and you need tennis shoes.

It’s built way up on a very steep hill. I enjoyed the view but the climb up to the room is a mission, made that little bit easier with transport if needed.
