The location was ideal away from the fast life but easy enough to access everything, i.e.,Terminal 21 and Mike's shopping centre taxis are only 100baht.

We were given rooms which were in terrible condition and needs renovation on 5th floor. I had to complain to reception and was given somewhat better rooms then. Hotel was pretty old especially lift. Reception staff was not welcoming.

The location is perfect on the beach. Breakfast was very good.

There is an unpleasant smell behind the Lamai rooms. It smells like sewage and it makes me feel dizzy.

The staff were all very lovely and friendly. They were helpful and cheerful. The room was relaxing and the breakfast was delicious. There is a large variety of dishes to choose from. The location is ideal as it’s close by to attractions but also tucked away to be quiet.

For a long stay the hotel needs to focus on cleanliness...the room service staff looked very frustrated whenever we called them if something was not clean....regularly asking them to clean the wc, shower and sink, things we would not see if we stayed for a short period

The hotel was very family friendly and the rooms were good size. The pools were decent and the staff were very polite and friendly...i love this location as i stayed in other hotels close by

They have everything we need ‘ from pool , beach , kids club’ spa , massage , happy hours for me und hubby ‘ the staffs greets us everyday 5 minute before happy hours start 😂😂😂😂

Overall Cleanliness needs improvements, my todler son had skin allergy from bedding detergents.

Due to many guests it was chaotic and staff at reception were not too organised. Rooms looked cheap and balcony was dirty. Breakfast seemed ok at forst glance but only cheap jams and no cold cuts to eat with bread. Had better experiences with other Accor hotels.

The reservation process did not go as expected, we asked to change the twin bed to a double but when we checked in they ignored it completely. In the end we were forced to upgrade as there was no adequate solution. Its also a very busy place and its not easy to escape from the hotel as its quite distant from the center and there is little activity around the hotel.

The location on the beach is nice, the view from the room was superb and the room itself was spacious and relaxing. The lounge access makes the experience a lot better.

Decor feels a little run down. The beach itself is not amazing - in front of the hotel is clean but if you walk along the beach either way you soon come to rubbish and it's better to keep your sandals on.

The hotel is situated right on the beach and the breakfast restaurant has a lovely open seating area so that you can enjoy the beach breeze and view. Breakfast buffet selection was good. There are two large pools by the beach and a good beach bar and restaurant serving all day long. Our rooms were on the tenth floor with a good view of the sea. The gym is a decent size with several machines and free weights. Free shuttle to Terminal 21 shopping Center every hour.

Upon arrival we had to pay extra for breakfast even though we booked rooms with breakfast included. The rooms were aged. We booked a family and a king room. The bunk bed room in the family room was great structurally for the kids to sleep and play, but overall it was very dusty and musty with dirty windows which obscured an average view of the surrounding skyscrapers… and as is common in Thailand -in cheap hotels, which this was not- the bed sheets always felt wet. We stayed in nicer beach front places in the same area for less/equal cost. We also had ALOT of bug bites and mystery rashes appear while we were staying here. Again not a problem we had in other nearby accommodation before and after our stay but of course this could be coincidence

The beach/pool area is gorgeous. Such a lovely spot, and the service on the beach was good. Breakfast was fantastic and the outdoor deck dining area overlooking the beach was beautiful. The location of the hotel is convenient for transport and short walking distance from 7eleven which was great. The kids indoor area has a cinema, several play areas for different ages all practically located beside the gym.

Property maintenance needs a real boost for the amount of money being charged. Seems like the Execs hired definitely don’t have cleanliness as a priority clearly. Balcony needs a paint job, balcony railings need a paint job, iron work clearly needs work, interior room tiles need an upgrade both room and bathroom tiles are exactly the same - seems like they just scratched and etched out the old tile. Inside balcony railings need a paint job and there is dust and dust balls every where. Our room needed a major cleaning, we were in room 725 and our room had decorative pieces on the top that needed dusting on top of the books and the old plane and old pics and photo frames.

The facilities are generally quite old and need refurbishment. The pools did not really look clean, maybe because of the old tiles. The location is close to the center, but you can neither walk nor catch a tuktuk. You have to take a ride.
