Very very bad WiFi. Very low water pressure in the shower. It took me forever to wash my long hair. It would be nice to have some wooden rack outside the room for hanging wet towels and swimming suit. We didn't like nearby restaurants. After 8 months across Thailand, this location had the worst food and slowiest service for us.

Nice owners. The young mother speaks pretty good english. 7-eleven is right next to the building. Great background of Blue Andaman resort - nice sitting / relaxing area just at the beach and by the pool. Quiet for a good sleep (room K02).

Very nice place with value for money. Extremely nice owner who helps with everything needed and is there to help. The room itself was above expectations and both clean and with all the necessary belongings. The 7-Eleven, which is open around the clock, is right next door and only a few hundred meters to the beach with a pool and a restaurant that serves food all day. The accommodation also has motorbike rental and the possibility to book excursions and transfers and more. Had an incredible stay and will definitely be back again!

The place is perfect, great location, close to many beaches. The resort that offers accessible accommodation is also incredible, one of the most beautiful in Lanta. A beautiful pool and all many available. But the best of all were the people, our hostess and her entire family are great people, they gave us a lot of privacy and helped us with everything. I recommend it and hope to return.

We loved our AC, Refrigerator and smart TV! The location is great: 1 minute to the closest 711 and 5 min from the beach and pool, where you can enjoy the sun with a fresh fruit shake!

Everything! Location is great, rooms are big and clean. Hosts are amazing, very warm, helpful and they speak really good english. Swimming pool is bigger and nicer than at pictures, 200m to the beach, one minute to 7/11. They have also amazing cat Boo so give her some cuddles while you there.

The owners are extraordinary people. Very kind, helpful. They helped me with tours, money exchange, took us to new year program. The room is simple, spacious, huge, comfy bed. What I loved is that they provided plates too so I could have breakfast easily.

Early morning wake up call from a cockerel One window was smashed and boarded up only with a book, however still felt safe as was behind metal bars

Based on the other reviews, we rolled the dice on staying here, but unfortunately it was the worst place we have every stayed on the island. Maybe everyone else had different rooms, but ours was terrible. The room was so hot and noisy it was impossible to sleep. Either the A/C was blowing warn the entire time, or it was unable to cool the room due to all of the openings. The noise was not from the street, but from the numerous gecko's/lizards in the room (I counted 5 out of reach above the A/C alone)-I don't know if it is mating season or what, but wow...

Great location. Friendly owner, good English speaking too. Large (dated) rooms for reasonable price.

my only minor issue was it wasn’t cleaned during our 6 night stay however this didn’t bother us at all. we had to ask for new toilet rolls but wasn’t a hassle. nothing bad to say

wow! where do I start! was just amazing. room was very big and bathroom nice too. only a 3 minute walk to the swimming pool (from the next hotel). the beach is also there, plenty of sun beds and can get food from there too. 7 eleven is next door. amazing restaurant opposite (kurimind tamarind). the family are lovely and their daughter so cute. they will go above and beyond for you. organised our transport to ao nang
