We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We moved rooms as the original one wasn’t nice and shower unusable, the next one was a lot better but shower a bit tricky. Happy Hour 3 for the price of 2 was misleading, no fine print to say they had to be 3 of the same cocktail.
It’s location in Kamala was superb, also the facilities were very good

United KingdomFamilies letting young Children help themselves to Buffet style Breakfast without supervision. Lack of replacing lids over the food, by Guests and Staff. Pool too noisy no parental control, due to this never spent much time there. Street clothing worn in the pool by Asian Women and Not suitable Bathing wear for their culture.
The Breakfast had plenty of choices, tables cleaned quickly. Food very well prepared and tasty.

SpainBeach is not in front of the hotel, need to walk a few minutes to reach the beach, so not "beach front" feeling to talk about. Staff for swimming pool towels not friendly at all. Staff at reception is good. Our room in first floor is a bit old, and needs renovation. When we checked in, the walls of our room had water falling down, extremely wet inside the room, even using the air con. Expensive for the value and quality.

The Resort was Amazing. Overall it was a beautiful stay of 4 nights and 5 days. 1. the beach was right in front of the property. 200 meters walk to the beach. Hotel even provides you with basket to carry your beach stuff. 2. there are plenty of restaurants, fruits and snacks shops around the property (Including HALAL). lot of souvenir shops and salons nearby for buying your swimming related stuffs. Some tour package offices are also available next to the property for some last minute tour plan if any. 3. 7/11 was right next to the property 4. Taxi stand is right at the front of the property if you want to move around to other locations and the prices are negotiable. 5. Kamala is very quiet and suitable for families with kids to stay (away from the night club life unlike other neighborhood's) 6. the swimming pool was amazing, especially the kids area with the correct depth.
