Upgraded room. Very helpful and friendly staff. Pool. Housekeeping. Clean. 24/hr reception. Loved breakfast. They offer a shuttle bus to the beach but missed it going back as it kept going past us but definitely a good addition to the hotel. Close to restaurants.

Knowledge of mixing spirits and cocktails could be improved.

We stayed in a super clean and very spacious family suite with an amazing view of the sea and lush vegetation. The hotel has a massive variety of well maintained trees and colourful plants and flowers which attract a wide variety of colourful birds with whistling and tweeting sounds we have never heard before and numerous colourful butterflies throughout the day, creating a peaceful and relaxing ambience! The suite was equipped with all essential items which included extras such as umbrella, dressing gowns and flip flops! Breakfast was more than adequate. The courtesy bus to the beach is provided throughout the day and will drop and pick you up from anywhere along its route; Karon Beach is one of the best beaches we have visited and we would say that Thailand is a 'must visit' destination. The staff were very welcoming, polite and friendly throughout our stay and we will definitely stay again.

It's a grim walk to town along a big fast road. There are some broken tiles in the pool.

I thought the breakfast staff were a little unfriendly. The pool looked like it was due for some maintenance to be done. The bed wasn't that comfortable.

Good value for money. I liked the friendly staff at reception. The hotel upgraded my room for free. The breakfast was good. I liked the pool. Free shuttle service was punctual.

Washing machine and some dishwasher will be good, because we came for a family trip. Also the restaurant could service a better quality food in my opinion. Adding the spa & massage will be nice too

We get the family suite and I didn’t like the smell so the staff changed it without problems. The second one was just amazing. We really enjoyed all 3 pools with 3 kids

The pool felt a little bit neglected, as some of the tiles required replacement and it wasn't cleaned properly. Unfortunately it was infested with russian tourist well known for their lack of manner and primitive behaviour. It's not something the hotel should be accountable for because all of Thailand is affected by this.

Great resort with lots of facilities, walking distance from the beach and main attractions in Karon. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We were greeted by the team and offered a cold fruit juice. We were upgraded for a free to a bigger room which was super nice. The cleanliness level was above the Thailand average we have seen, so a big plus. The room was fitted with a mini-bar with decent prices and the wi-fi worked perfectly. The breakfast was decent and good selection.

We thought we would have use of a restaurant but the one at the top of the hotel was closed for refurb (no mention made of this) so only place was breakfast room in the evening - with very limited choice . Super huge bed but only 1 pillow per person - WiFi terrible unfortunately just kept going off unless you stood in onwards corner of room near the door 😂 it was intermittent.

We got upgraded to a swim up room which was really nice . Very large room with all amenities - lovely pool and great area to chill - great free shuttle to beach and very nice staff

The location is perfect, near the beach and many stores/restaurants near by the hotel. The view was nice too and the pool area was good.

There were not a lot of options in terms of food and the shuttle to the beach ends at 5pm, which leaves you with the option to either walk 20 min or pay 200 baht for a 2 min ride. The water pressure was not constant, which was pretty annoying.

Amazing hotel, a great swimming pool. As we were celebrating our anniversary they offered a comp upgrade to a Seaview room with a bath tub, amazing room, Bed could be more comfortable but it was huge, and all the rest paid of.

internet speed could be better. but if you need it for checking emails and watching videos on YouTube it will be more than enough

friendly staff, clean , big and quiet, good pool, small and not the best gym. overall very good and comfortable stay;) staying for 3 weeks in a row, and don't want to change hotels, only downside is internet speed , can be faster. it also has BATHTUB 🛁 with unlimited hot water 🤭🤘🤘🤘🤘

Location was on the high way with 5+ mins walk to get to where all the shops. Hotel doesn’t have room service and doesn’t allow delivery to come to the room.
