Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

KuwaitThe room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I especially loved the large windows, which offered panoramic views of the city. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the concierge was very helpful in recommending places to visit and arranging transportation. Location is perfect as it is nestled at the heart of Bangkok.

United StatesNeeds to modernized but at the price they are offering, I cannot complain. You will need a driver/taxi or GRAB to get around. You can walk to Chinatown in about 20-25 mins. You can take a local small ferry to Chao River or Train station - They run morning to late afternoon.
Frequent guest to this hotel. Price is very reasonable and staff interaction with me was excellent. Spa area was nice, got a foot treatment and wet spa for men all were very good. Sauna was down during my stay. There are three 7-11 stores around the hotel.

United StatesNeeds to renovate down the road. Outlets at first did not work but it's controlled by the control panel beside the bed. Steam room could use a renovation and Sauna was OOO in my August stay. It works well when it is operating. Service is good but it's a busy hotel due to the low rates.
Entrance - There are a couple of entrances. If you are using Rideshare Grab your arrival point is Prince Palace Hotel (Gate 1). The other entrance is on the other side of the building and a long trek if you have heavy suitcase. Once you arrive, there are about 11 steps or a very steep ramp. Best to get luggage assistance from bellhop (you have to wave them as they wait inside). Also across the street is a very good money exchange spot - bring your passport as usual. Front Desk team was nice overall - just feel there is a lot of SOPs to check in and out a guest and can take time. Buildings: The best building to be in is Building A - same building as the entrance and lobby (11th floor). Avoid transferring elevator when going or leaving your room. Building C is my next favorite as the gym/segregated wet spa located. If you get a massage, let the spa reception know you are a hotel guest. Buidling B and D are further away but still within the complex. I had breakfast and its more quantity than quality. 7-11 store is onsite - ground floor on the riverside pass their loading/garbage container. Reason I stay here is to visit (4 min walk) to Poj Stir-fried Gravy Noodle (google it and its a short walk -it's open for late lunch till 9pm). Stir fry flat rice noodle w pork and gravy. Simple dish for about $1.50usd. Try also their rice instead of noodle. Ideally eat there as takeaway I find the portion slightly smaller. Google it. Also below the building and surrounding the hotel is cheap clothing - local clothing I mean - don't expect brand names. Under the hotel in the mall maze there are a couple of touristy t shirt shops. L shirt for about $2.75usd while xl for $3usd. I got plenty of good all cotton (thick) t-shirts from that stall. Overall, I keep coming back to this hotel. It's quiet at night, river w boat transportation on one side and city view wherever your room is at.

AustraliaThe front desk was very busy, and the service was not up to the usual standards I expect from a hotel. It was difficult to communicate in English, and the staff were not very friendly.
I really liked the spacious room with separate bedroom and lounge areas, plus two TVs. The view from the building was great, and it was excellent value for the money. The fast Wi-Fi, good air conditioning, bathtub, and daily room cleaning were also big pluses

IndiaInternal navigation within the hotel is a bit confusing but you'll get used to it soon. Room service is not available after 12 midnight.
Hotel was clean and centrally located, which is a big time saver if you plan to go sightseeing and shopping. Staff are friendly, polite and accommodating. Views from the top floors are amazing. Local transport (tuk-tuk) and long boat is less than 100 meters away.

PhilippinesThe Front Office staff who handled my check-in in August 9, around 7pm just gave me my key card and did not explain that my reservation comes with a breakfast and where should I go. I had to ask about my bfast. She did not even tell me about my wifi details. She seems to bring a negative energy and not fit to be a Front Office staff. She’ll drag down the energy of the others who are positive.
My original booking was from August 9-11 only. However, I extended my stay in Bangkok till August 12. I booked a room on August 11 but a different type from the current room I was staying at. I requested if I could use the same room so I don’t need to transfer. Gladly, they relented my request and stayed in the same room for my last night. As a result, I was able to join the activity on August 11 because I did not have to check out and check in again to transfer to another room. I was able to maximize my day.

United KingdomThe executive room which we booked was old and tatty, it was clean but the TV never worked, no plug sockets by the bed and the only 2 plug sockets that worked were by the entrance to the room and you had to take the kettle lead out, very dated room, the breakfast was terrible, one choice of thai main dish, cold eggs and filter coffee, its an industrial hotel, it just churns out customers non stop, if you're looking for a boutique experience then this is not it, nothing executive about the room we booked at all, took 6 hours for the room to be finally cleaned after I located the cleaner myself on our floor, never again for us
The gym was excellent, a little bit dated but very good
