The lobby is located at the 12th floor, the entrance to the building is not that great with spoilt door. Room was just alright, need a lil make over, settings and toilet look rather old. wifi wasn't that stable as well.

Great location, 2 mins walk from hualomphong train station and the metro station- connecting to most part of Thailand( which I took a weekend tourist train to Kanchanaburi), not too far away from china town. Friendly staff and rather good breakfast.

Just a little expensive but no other complaints

This is a very good hotel in a central location (close to old railway station and MRT). Breakfast is very good and the view over Bangkok is excellent.

The lights in the room are not bright enough even though there are many lights. Please make the room smell better.

The hotel location is near the train station, near the central shopping area and attractions in the city, easy to move to the airport, the interior is a bit old but clean, the breakfast is quite good, the restaurant cooks delicious food and good prices, the staff friendly... The bed is wide and soft.

- The welcome drink looks and tastes a little bit artifical. - Though very comfortable the rooms look a little bit worn and may not meet the expectations of a 4* hotel customer. Anyway, we love the location and the charme of this hotel, the kindness of its staff. We stayed at "the Quarter" many times and will come back again for sure. - bathroom with slippery floor tiles when wet - The temperature display of the aircon settings can hardly be read. You need your smartphone integrated lamp light enabling you to read and adjust the temperature.

In walking range to Hua Lamphong train station, MRT, 7eleven and the gate to Chinatown. Nice swimming pool and terrasse on the 12th floor. Friendly and helpfull staff, good breakfast buffet. We can highly recommend this hotel for short term stay up to 3 nights combined with visit and discovering of Chinatown in the neighbourhood.

Laundry service per item which worked out for 5 days washing for 2 people would be £20! Went to a local laundry around the corner self serve and 60baht wash 60baht dry - £2.60. Mini bar was reasonable price but 7/11 around the corner about to get same things much cheaper. Overall great hotel we got a nice deluxe room for 5 nights for £174 but for the additional services much cheaper to go else where.

Loved the location, very close to the metro line and China town. Pool was great to escape the heat and staff were very helpful and friendly.

Staffs are all nice, the hotel is clean and located in the walking distance to Yaowarat and the subway station.

Room still have smell of wood that 2 day is not weathered. In time that I stay the boiler have a problem so we take like a semi warm water.

The staff is check in is quite fast. Pool is clean and nice, view is nice. The place is near train station and near iconsiam ferry. Near is 7 eleven so you can buy stuff.

The rooms could do with little renovation. Some of the furniture could be replaced with newer but doesnt make your stay any less comfortable.

The rooftop pool is open till late what is great after a long day in humid Bangkok. Staff si helpful and nice. Breakfast choise was wide and tasty. Pool towels are provided free of charge at the reception.

Reception on the 12th floor, one elevator broken and two others seemed always full. To check in we had to wait for elevator for quite some time. Also the ground floor is not air conditioned, so the wait can get very annoying very fast.

The pool and the terrace are great. Rooms have big beds and look great.
