Unfortunately I had chosen one of the ground floor rooms, a few dollars extra. There was a complete lack of privacy. The room curtains have to be closed or everyone walking past the room (and other guests do have to walk right towards and past to get to their rooms) and staff working outside in the garden can see straight in. If I wanted to change I had to close the curtains first and I had to wake up in the dark because I could not leave the curtains a bit open overnight. I think that the upstairs rooms would be much more private.

Very clean, beautiful gardens with many water features, room immaculate,, nice deck area at front, pool was clean and plenty of sun loungers, staff very helpful - used google translate. Location a few minutes walk from the beach. Walk to the market past some good bars. Excellent value for money. Recommend the upper floors not the ground floor due to privacy.

Good bed, fridge, wifi and air con. Parking on front of building or on land only 50 mts away. Close to lively street with bars and restaurants but hotel in quiet area. Just a few minutes from lovely beach. Nice pool.

Everything in this Resort was amazing. Only Thing i didn't Like was the leak of nice beaches. Every Hotel ownes them. But this has nothing to do with pratum Resort! I Loved staying at the Pool.

The rooms are so big and Clean. The balkony is amazing. The stuff is Always nice and helpfull, even they dont really speak english. I havent found anything similar in Thailand with this price!!

I felt it was a bit hard to communicate with the hosting family, since they spoke very little english. Gave it a weird touch somehow

Nice and spacious room, nice balcony, comfiest bed I had in Thailand so far, beautiful garden, nice pool area - everything very clean They offer breakfast (200 Baht extra) and bike rentals Peaceful, quiet location, which is hard to come by in busy Khao Lak, everything is in walkable distance though (10-20 minutes)

It was a great pleasure to stay at this hotel. The rooms are large, spotlessly clean and quiet, nestled in a neat and very well-kept garden. Guests have access to a pool that is also very clean and cozy where breakfast is served. The Wi-Fi works great throughout the facility. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. The hotel is a few minutes walk from one of the most beautiful beaches in the area , the location is really convenient to everything. I will definitely come back and absolutely recommend it

Hard to communicate with the staff, breakfast is offered but not advertised, no restaurant but there are plenty near. So no complaints really, just my reflections

Such excellent value for money. I had a lovely large room and balcony with a view over tropical plantations. Air con, shower, bed, wifi all perfect. The pool is really nice and never crowded. I dont think they allow kids under 8 which made it very quiet. I had a motorcycle so only a few mins from the beach and where shops/restauants/bars are. Although i did see many people walking which is fine too. The quality of accomodation for the price is very good. The staff are all wonderful, they always answered my questions and sorted any issues I had (minor and not many). I would 100% come back here. I have spent 3 times the price for a room and not as good as here!

The best hotel I have been to in Thailand. Beautiful and spacious room with a beautiful view on the garden. Next to the beach and to cute cafes. Totally recommend it. The staff is kind and friendly! If you go there, don’t miss on maleia cafe and the vela hotel brunch cafe.
