We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We encountered several issues, including problems with the hot water not working, and the Wi-Fi was impossible to connect to. It was very expensive for what it was, especially considering it was low season in Thailand.

United KingdomThe noise at 9pm. The villas were directly next to clubs and bars. Music didn’t stop until 3am. Even with earplugs, you could still hear the music very loud. Do not underestimate if considering booking
Stayed in a villa and the view was clean and amazing, it felt like paradise. Before 9pm Beach and facilities for boats and kayaks were very accessible and the venue was very central as limited transport on the island.

New ZealandThe bathroom was very dated and old, the shower door had hard water stains all over it and wouldn't properly close. It was also a bit strange having a toilet and urinal in the bathroom (I've never had this whilst travelling before).
The breakfast was standard, but having staff making fresh omelettes was great. The pool area was really nice, lots of seating options and with a poolside bar. The staff at reception, the pool, and breakfast were all lovely and helpful. The location being right off the beach was great for the day, then also at night we could walk along the beach and watch the fireshows held by the various bars at night. They also play music with djs at night. We couldn't hear this from our room when sleeping, but we could if we went out on the balcony, so this didn't bother us.

NetherlandsThe beds were rock hard, pretty terrible for sleeping. The location was great, but it’s also right next to a beach club which plays loud music till quite late. The staff were nice but not sure they understood everything, we asked for a packed breakfast as we had to leave at 6am, when we went to pick it up, there wasn’t anything for us. Nice place but not sure about value for money.

IrelandThe beds are like lying on slabs of concrete so difficult to sleep. At the pool, the large sunbeds have a minimum spend of approx €25 which is a bit steep for hotel guests to pay daily. Overall the hotel could do with some attention - crusty taps, shabby hotel room doors, overgrown green areas. Small issues but ones that make all the difference
Perfect location with amazing views from the pool out over the beach. Only a few steps from bars and restaurants yet not noisy during the day or night.
