The bed rooms are a bit grotty and need updating the bathroom especially. all mould/damp on the walls, got eaten alive by mosquitos even though the windows were closed and they were rattling all night.

Upon arrival of our room, we noticed straight away how dirty it was- bugs, hairs and dirt on the floor. We paid for the standard room, the price was more than where we have stayed in other places in Thailand and we were shocked at how budget it was. I understand this is a lovely hotel but why bother having such a beautiful location, nice other rooms and fab facilities to have a bunch of horrid rooms out the back. We were very grateful to be able to use all of the facilities, but if I had it my way I would have changed rooms. I notified the reception straight away about the bugs and hairs and they just sent up a cleaner to give it a wipe, obviously the bugs came back.

The location of the property is perfect! It’s right on the beach and the views from the 2 pools are fab. The ‘secret pool’ is fantastic you have to make sure you check it out. The breakfast location is outstanding too. Very happy.

Rooms need a bit of maintenance. There were cracks in the wall, during a heavy rain there was some leaks.

Great location, very close to all the bars and restaurants but far enough as to not be disturbed by the noise. Staff were very welcoming.

They should change the beds, weren’t to comfy. The room needed some repairs. The noise from the bars its annoying but it stop around 2 am , i think this is. A problem you will have in any place here. I didn’t liked the fact that they charge extra to go to the gym, i think that should be included, just that.

The pool is the star in this hotel, was amazing, the view its very pretty. The staff super friendly, it’s full of friendly cats which i personally love! The breakfast was very good as well, the place is very big and you have a second hided pool that has an amazing view too. Looks pretty and again the staff its the second star of the hotel.

Being close to everything has also its downsides. We had to change rooms to PP Princess due to bar and street noise in Charlie.

the standard rooms needs a serious upgrade, the bed is very hard, the showers and bathroom needs to be clean, the water is salted. The resort is very nice but the area between the pool and the beach has a lot of garbage, smelling cat pics everywhere.
