This was the best hotel we stayed at in Thailand. It was beautiful and modern, with a nice pool and very central. The staff was very kind and willing to help with anything. Rooms were also very modern and comfortable, with great AC. Breakfast was amazing.

We had to grab something quickly from the breakfast counter as we requested to have our breakfast packed but it wasn't.

Nothing really. If I’m being picky, you might want a few more sun loungers in peak season but we were always able to get the two available. Balconies were small, but again plenty of outdoor communal space to use.

Staff were so lovely, fruit, coffee and snacks on tap, location was great. Definitely better to be out of the tourist areas, but not far to walk to the local night markets and tuk tuk and grab are cheap to get anywhere you want! Bed was so comfy and rooms quiet - couldn’t hear anyone else!

All staffs are friendly and warm. Place is quiet, safe and convertnient to old city. The breakfast is great, I believe that some of the jam, yogurt are fresh and homemade. Nice experience with enjoying a couple of warm oat milk, crispy sourdough with all kinds of self-assemble toppings. Thanks for good serving.

The location is not close to The night market and there is not much to do around, especially at night ( we tried to find some local food at 20:30 and it was all closed)

New, clean rooms. Grate lobby, really “home” feeling, we liked to go down and sit in the shared spaces. The staff is amazing!

The location is very convenient - POR Arak is close to the airport by Grab or taxi, and the old town area is just a good walk away! The room is clean and neat, bed and pillows are very comfortable! We stayed at a double bed room at the first 2 nights and twin bed room for the next 2 nights. Pick the double bed room if you want their pool view which we loved! Our favourite thing about POR Arak is their friendly staffs! They made our stay a happy and memorable one!

Everything was perfect! Staff was very helpful, always smiling and ready to accomodate your request. Breafast was really nice you have a loto of option and also you have coffe, juice, water, fruits and some sweet available the all day. You can also rent a bike for free! It was amazing, i highly reccomended!

Stuff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in an alley way right by the edge of the old town, location is good, it is easy to go everywhere. We had 5 people so we moved around by taxi for 5 days, it was easy for us to call taxi there. Room was very clean and spacious. We stayed at a family room and a double room. Both were comfortable!

Everything! It’s in the old city, within walking distance to many temples. The rooms are soundproof, clean, beds are comfy, having a little fridge was a bonus. The staff was very nice, they did their best to accommodate my dietary needs. Fresh fruit, coffee, some snacks and tea were available 24 hrs.

The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do in Chiang Mai. This place really made our stay perfect. The staff were so friendly and kind. They are provided a list of recommendations for our stay. We had an early morning trip booked in so we missed breakfast and they even prepared us some cut fruits to have in our way. They really went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you to the lovely team!

We really enjoyed our stay at Por Arak. The staff were very friendly and helpful - a special thanks to Cartoon, who greeted us with a smile and helped plan our trips. The breakfast was very tasty, with a great variety of hot options, selection of fruit, and coffee. We hope to stay here again next time we're in Chiang Mai.
