You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomNumber on booking.com doesn't work; I tried to call ahead, but there was no answer. Staff were very friendly. It doesn't have a 24hr reception, but there is a 24 hr security guard who will help contact reception team It would be great if they could add a chair to the room.

AustraliaWe had room next to the main road so it can be very loud if an idiot with loud exhaust passes by. The room had 2 towels but only 1 hanging rack.
The location is great for a few days stay as it is close to Wat Arun and one can also catch a boat across to the othe major temples. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was very nice and clean.

United KingdomOnly thing I would say which wasn’t much of a disadvantage to us was the metro was 25 min walk away but other than that everything was perfect! Also it is next to the Navy base and everyday a random loud alarm goes off. It isn’t at unsociable hours but during the day :)

Nice new room. Good A/C. Taxi ride from the airport $20.00 USD. Very nice bed linens. Basic room but VERY clean. Good refrigerator. The front desk woman got me a taxi at 4:00 AM in the morning, 10 minute walk to famous Bangkok temple. Again, great woman staff, price and location to temple.
