Only the problem I faced is no continuous water supply for 2 days at the time of Songkran festival.

There were so many rules, no balcony after choosing for deluxe room, washroom was too small.

Not don't like, but just property have water supply during the stay..hope this can improve in the coming future.

Good Location, Clean and big room and the reception staff was very helpful and efficient on handling things. Tops minimal nearby and many restaurants in the area.

The room was slightly small, AC was not working very well, but since we were out most of the time, we didn't inform about it. Decent place

It was very close to Bangla Road, and in a very busy area. Everything was walking distance, Patong beach, Bangla road, etc. The staff was very friendly and humourous.

Breakfast was disappointing, went out most days. I haven't seen a shower curtain in about 10 years, didn't like this at all. No room to maneuver in the bathroom, far too small. Air con wasn't the best, room needs updating. All in all for 25 quid a night, you can get nicer places locally.

Location was great, excellent helpful staff. Bed was comfortable. Was nice to have a smart TV, could use YouTube, netflix and other apps.

Only downside was the gym which was below my expectations and also compared to photos!

The morning shift a lady n a guy.... Both were very rude when we approached them.... We took a family room which was indicated in the description tat one double bed n 2 single beds n the deposit is 300 Bhat but however wen we checked in the lady who was at the reception told us that we had to pay another 300 Bhat as it's considered 2 rooms.... Then I asked her hw come booking. Com did nt say we hv to pay 600 Bhat n her and was it's their hotel policy n booking. Com don't know abt this.... It's very ridiculous.... My son is not even 12yrs old yet bt I had to pay for him as she says hv to go by year.... Horrible service.... Very rude staffs.... Afternoon staff was not bad explaining things to us..... Bt morning shift staff was very rude down to earth.... If she got patience in explaining then she should nt hv cm for this job.... We were so tired travelling n tis happened to us.... End of the day, we had to pay whatever had to pay.... She even told us if don't like the hotel we can move to other hotel.... Wat kind of service is tat even.... I will nt recommend this hotel to anyone

The walls between bedrooms are like cigarette papers. No noise from outdoor, but we can ear everything from the neighbor room.

The place was not the cleanest it could have been, apart from location it lacked any form of feeling or comfort.

After they cleaned up our room we realised that they didn’t change bedsheets that were already dirty when we arrived. Not sure if breakfast was worth the money but it was included in the price so it was okay.

Perfect location, 7 min walk from Bangla road and the beach, nice guy from motorbike rental company, small but nice pool.

Instead of giving the “service my room” door hanger like the other rooms had..I had to continuously ask to get my room cleaned, ask for water, the floor to be swept. In the end I never received a door hanger. Also, the rooms appear much larger on booking.com.

Check in time is 15:00 which is stupid, they basically steal half a day off you. No place to put your bags, just leave them in the hall without supervision. Lost my deposit slip for the key in the Patong hustle, still had the key. Got the deposit back with some reserved glances...I know, it's rules, but you pay deposit for the actual key, not the slip right?

It's a nice place. Good room, quiet, comfortable bed. It is a decent hotel.

The room and bathroom were small. The blinds were grubby and let through light. The walls were stained and grubby. The pillows were very uncomfortable. The corridors and stairs were grubby. The pool is very small. Music from a local bar can be heard. People in nearby rooms can be heard. The person next door ran his air on all night and it was very loud.

It is located centrally. The elevator always seemed available. The bed was comfortable.
