Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We like the place. Our room is a hut. A little bit hot tho, but not too much and wifi is very good. To be surprised we also got motorbike accomodation which is very cool and helpful

The scooter that comes with every room. They're old but they work fine. I had both the classic simple bamboo hut as the stone bungalow with airco. Of course the latter is more luxurious, (I like my siesta in a cool room) but both are fine. Prices are excellent for what you get (tip: the walk up rate is better). The location is pretty central on the island (and you get a scooter, so ..)

Australiaklong khong beach is rocky and and there are many jellyfish. we had to go Khlong dao beach everyday :( Chef is talking on the phone so loud every morning sharp 6am. Only problem about place propably was him, We never seen him smiling. Food is overrated . I would not eat there, or stay there again as long as chef is there.
Pitt is so friendly. Bikes are bit old but free so no complains.

Amazing stay at Pitt Bungalow, free moped with your stay! The food that Jo Jo the chef cooks is so so delicious! The food is very cheap and serves breakfast and alcohol too! United KingdomThere was a kitten that had been adopted by the hotel and its guests and one day he vanished. We all hope he is ok.
I've stayed here before and I expect I will stay here again. All in all I'm quite certain that this is the best all round accommodation on the island, for a number of reasons. The staff are helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and competent and they sort out what you need in terms of transport and so on. Basically you can depend on Pitt and everyone else here. Jojo is a great cook and the food is very reasonably priced compared with other restaurants on the island. The location is perfect for a key reason - you have access to the north and south of the island, which you will need - the north for entertainment, the south for beaches and natural beauty. It's also at the edge of the forest in a quiet location just far enough off the road to be peaceful without being isolated. The bungalows and chalets are clean and well maintained. There's a friendly atmosphere that filters from the staff to the guests, and while obviously no one can guarantee this in future, the property seems to attract really nice and interesting guests. Finally the price is the best value on the island. I've stayed in other places on Koh Lanta and all of them were lovely, don't get me wrong, but if you like Koh Lanta and what it offers, as I do, and you stay a while and get to know what accommodation is available, I suspect that you will come to the same conclusion as I did, and you'll end up booking Pitt Bungalows every time.
