Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Great hotel for the price. Staff very helpful. Miss Sea changed our room when one came available to 5th floor with Park view. Great view of the Park and Bangkok skyline. Near restaurants and walking distance to Victoria Monument train station 5 minutes. King Power Mall is opposite which has a good food mall. Saxophone bar is 10 min walk. Fantastic place in the evening for music

Czech RepublicIf there were a swimming pool, that would be great. It's not a new hotel; it's a bit old.
The hotel is spotless. The breakfast is good, delicious, and offers a lot of options. The beds are comfortable. The room is spacious with good lighting and has all the necessary amenities. Single-use slippers are provided in the room. The location is not bad; there are two different metro lines nearby, making it easy to reach the hotel from Suvarnabhumi Airport. There are also many shops and a laundry nearby. The hotel is located on a well-lit, always-crowded street, so you don’t feel in danger. There is free Wi-Fi in the room.

United KingdomThe AC was very noisy and kept clicking on and off during the night, it did not disturb me too much but if you are a light sleeper you might find this difficult to deal with.
For the price it was a great stay. The hotel is in a central location, near to many amenities like convenience stores, street food, and restaurants. It's easy for taxis to pick up / drop off outside, also the metro station is an easy 10 minute walk away. Check-in was efficient and friendly. Room was a little small but comfortable with all the necessary amenities. Wi-Fi worked well. Breakfast was pretty good with a variety of options including Asian and Western dishes. The concierge desk was happy to help with recieving deliveries or hailing taxis. I'd definitely choose to stay here again, for the price I paid it was very comfortable.

If I can give their restaurant a rating of 0, I would. Breakfast is really good. The rest of the day, please go elsewhere.

Sri LankaHotel location is very good. Easy to go there by train also ,Station "Pahayathai and National munament " located around 600 meters radius.
