Nothing. It isn’t beach side, up the hill but an easy walk. This may not suit some. But peaceful and calm.

From the moment we arrived it was brilliant. I arranged private transfer as we wee arriving late. We arrived later due to a flight delay. I highly recommend this. The staff were wonderful, friendly, helpful, couldn’t do more. The food, bar, pool perfect. I loved watching the rock climbers from the pool and the cheeky monkey! 🐵

We didn’t get hot water in the shower but we didn’t really have a problem so didn’t report it

Breathtaking surroundings a really beautiful place. Staff are wonderful. Our room was amazing we loved sitting on the balcony listening to the sounds of the jungle and spotting wildlife. Pool views are incredible. We would love to come back.

The food, location, and overall resort were excellent. Exactly like the pictures, exceeded my expectations. The staff are so helpful and friendly! Definitely go with the resort for transfer if you have a lot of luggage. They were so helpful getting us from the airport all the way to the resort. The resort is on a hill and is only accessible by boat so the staff helped us carry all luggage and were incredible!

Everything. The hotel is in the forest, the facilities are really nice. Our room was excellent, even with a balcony. The pool is incredible, the atmosphere there was fantastic. There is a free tuktuk service to take you to the hotel, although it's a 5-10 minutes walking from Railay.

They made a mistake booking us a tour, we wanted a private one and it was one for more than 40 people, not all the staff understands English well and the shower water doesn't come out well

Limited options/availability for a family of four meant we needed to book two lodges.

Spectacular hotel in a simply stunning setting amongst karst cliffs and with a beautiful view overlooking the sea. Staff were friendly. Room was spotless. Pool was sublime. Breakfast had plenty of options. A short walk into Railay Village to arguably one of the most spectacular beaches in Thailand.

What we liked least is that you have to walk a bit uphill to get there from the beach, but they offer a free tuk-tuk service that can take you and pick you up without any problem.

The staff is so kind and so attentive, the pool view is amazing and the food is delicious. Overall is a really good place to stay

The pool was great, with the amazing setting and view, and drinks and music. Also enjoyed the butterflies. Walk was no problem. The transfer they organised for us was great too

Room staff and porter staff amazing. Reception and bar/restaurant less so - just lacking a bit of understanding customer expectations for eg when arriving with a family offering directions and not amazing English unfortunately. Worth it for location though

Great location, lovely view from the top floor rooms. Swimming pool nice and kids enjoyed but very in need of some tlc with loose tiles etc. bar drinks not amazing, restaurant food ok but a bit pricey. Reception staff pleasant but not hugely “on it” in terms of help arriving and checking out. But worth it all for the view and location

Room was quite hot when we arrived and took a long time for the AC to cool the room down.

Everything was extremely professional and high quality from the room to the service. The hotel organised a special happy birthday for my girlfriend which was unexpected.

There needs to be an investment in new shower heads and shower curtains to prevent the entire bathroom floor and vanity from getting wet. Also, get rid of the instant coffee and provide coffee machines. Nestle is all around horrible and their products are terrible for your health.

The pool was amazing with a great view overlooking Railay East Bay while the room’s view was just as nice overlooking the jungle and surrounding mountains. The bed was comfortable and the hot water was indeed hot.

Pool was dated with some cracked tiles. Looked like it needs a very good clean. Set in the hills so some steep areas which my partner fell on. Prob not suitable for those with mobility issues. We had to remind reception to clean our room. Bar played quite bad old pop music and monkeys attacked us with our shopping on the way up - no one warned us about them beforehand even though we were in contact with the hotel.

Liked the view, comfy bed. Good aircon that wasn’t super loud. Short walk down to beach and they had golf cart shuttle for free if needed.

Location is great once you are there. 10min walk to Railey village past the monkeys or ride by shuttle if you are lucky to be at the right place at the right time. Great swimming pool with bar with a marvellous sea view. Family room for 4 was spacious and had all we needed. Breakfast was great. Most of all we really appreciated the staff, all were very friendly without exception. Thank you!

The hotel was an absolute dream, located in the middle of the jungle and with a remarkable infinity pool with outstanding views. The room was clean and cozy, the bed comfortable. The food at the bar by the pool was delicious and the menu had many options, local and western cuisine ones. The breakfast was nice too. Last but not least important, the staff was super friendly and attentive, special mention to Lif, who made our check-out process very smooth and comfortable.
