We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I stayed 6 days at La moon. Location is the best, everything near you on walking distance. The staff was friendly, kind, and amazing people. I would like to mention that I had a boat tour of Phi Phi Island & James Bond Island at Affordable prices all credited to the reception Girls. Thank you very much! Highly Recommended for everyone! The hotel staff were lovely. The room was really nice with great aircon and a nice breakfast for only 150 baht per person. Location is also great as it's super easy to walk into Phuket old town

A great Hotel for a short stop over, located a short walk from the old town center the hotel was ideally located for exploring the city on foot. Despite its central location the rooms were quiet. The staff were exceedingly helpful and pleasant. And the egg roll for breakfast is a must try.
