The villas are really lovely but the cleaning and housekeeping needs to pull up those socks ..they should be more attentive to ensure that the villas are cleaned better ..had to call house keeping everyday to get the villa cleaned the reception staff could do well to be more courteous considering Thais are known for their hospitality….on that note sol from reception was fabulous …the firefly restaurant is very crowded maybe they can split the breakfast to more areas and have more fans around the place ..the lobby really is hot with the absence of fans

However, quite a distance to the beach although there is complimentary shuttle. But 1-way hotel car can be arranged at 300bht either from beach or Porta shopping mall.

It’s clean and modern with the necessary amenities but lacking in activities. The hotel has an app which makes it easy to communicate with front desk via text message. The option for housekeeping is down except for booking a time for room cleaning works perfect and on time.

The Layout of the Villas is excellent. Service Personell act at all times very professional and corteous. Breakfast in both locations superb. Billiard available. Quietness and relaxed atmhosphere. From start at lobby to checkout one great experience, Anytime again.

Our stay at The Pavilions Phuket was unforgettable. From the warm welcome with coconut water and jasmine bracelets by Sharon to the friendly and helpful staff throughout, we felt right at home. Despite arriving early, the manager treated us to a complimentary breakfast at Firefly, where we enjoyed delicious scrambled eggs, iced drinks, fresh fruit, juices, and pastries. Our luxurious villa, complete with a private pool and spa room, was the perfect retreat. The resort felt like a beautifully maintained tropical rainforest. The newly introduced app made communication with the front desk, restaurant, and spa seamless, with quick responses. The staff also arranged a bike rental and provided great local recommendations. We indulged in a relaxing couple’s massage and appreciated the convenience of ordering food via Grab, with the front desk ensuring prompt delivery of plates and cutlery. The Pavilions Phuket offers an exceptional, peaceful getaway with top-notch service and accommodations. Highly recommended for both romantic escapes and family vacations. We can’t wait to return!

My app did not work for my entire stay. There was a lack of communication from the front desk as to what we were entitled to. ... We got more information from the buggy drivers, especially Muk who was full of information of the resort & the area. Front desk team were OK.

The resort was quiet & relaxing. The room was especially large. The team at the "Firefly" was very friendly and helpful and always greeted us with a big smile. Well stocked bar fridge!

I had an incredible stay at The Pavilions Phuket. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, helping to organize my wife's birthday with a delicious villa BBQ, balloons, flowers, and a surprise birthday cake. The facilities were excellent, and the food was consistently delightful.

The view from the ocean view villa is amazing. Pool was nice. Floating breakfast was a cool addition. We had in room massage which was super good. They do everything in their power to accommodate!
