Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesI had a wonderful time and left feeling like I was part of the family. It is more of a home stay than just a hotel as the owners and family live on the beautiful grounds. Do take the cooking class as they will take you around the property and show you all the wonderful things they grow on site (Thai cherries, star fruit, ginger, many many herbs!) They have a beautiful outdoor kitchen where you will prepare the dishes for your meal. The grounds are absolutely beautiful! Just walk past the gate and you feel like you are in the country far from town. There is a stream that runs throughout. A beautiful swimming pool. They have a pet water buffalo, Kunai which means Diva in Thai. At night there is no noise of any cars or traffic - all you hear are the frogs and insects making the most beautiful night music. My visit was extended because I caught the flu and they took such wonderful care of me, bringing soup and ginger tea to my room. Judy and her family are kind, caring warm hearted people. I definitely plan on returning.

United KingdomBreakfast could be a bit better but that didn’t really matter to us as you’re close to a 7/11 if you need any snacks.
From the moment me and my kids got there we knew we had chose the right place to stay for our first trip in Thailand. A really authentic Thai experience staying in this hotel, Judie was the nicest lady you could meet and her and her family made it a very nice experience as they were so welcoming and helpful.

United StatesWe're not huge fans of the shower/toilet mixed bathrooms. It's common, so not a huge deal. We knew. We just don't like it. They do their best to make the facilities clean, but you're kind of in the "farm" and it's more rustic. We expected it and were mostly fine with it. There's a messiness that comes with the territory.
We had a wonderful stay here. We stayed one night as we were traveling between Phi Phi to Luang Prabang. Judy is a gem. The entire staff are sweet and funny. We did the cooking class. I love to cook and am an experienced home cook of Asian and Southeast Asian food. I LEARNED A LOT. This cooking class if for all levels of experience and interest, but Judy is a natural educator and her recipes are simple to follow. You will cook and eat better no doubt if you take her class. Plus, our kids got to roam around her property and harvest all kinds of Thai homegrown crops. My daughter loves her animals, esp. the chickens. Judy was an amazing host and the whole place is a generous, memorable stay.

So nice little jemm close to the city. It was easy access to Andamanda water park and Phuket Old Town. We preferred this area over beach resorts. It is great with kids. The yard with rabbits, buffalo and dogs, chickens, mo nice. And the owner Judy and her lovely staff are just so generous. We really enjoyed our stay. And breakfast was wearing every day, was nice. Would highly recommend this place. Specially with kids.

ItalyOnly thing I would say was the noise from the roof of the room early morning, as the roof’s tin and also kids screams and talks very early morning sounded loud in our room since the bathroom in the room has an opening for air that is only cover by a net for bugs and it’s not a window that closes to prevent noise. Also, few tiny ants next to and on the sink in the bathroom but it’s fine since you’re staying in a place that is full of nature around. At the reception they had their kids who didn’t speak English so it wasn’t really easy to communicate and we had to use translate app but not a big deal!
We found a great last minute price for 2 nights and it was a great choice!! Family owned resort, with a buffalo, rabbits and ducks , Thai cooking class if you’re interested, cute local restaurant , basketball hoop and a lot more! Such a cute place. We visited the night before our reservation and asked if we could rent scooters from them since we were staying at a hotel nearby and all the shops were closed or didn’t have scooters available. With just a call to a neighbor that they collaborate with, we instantly got the scooters in 5 mins at the resort! Saved the night for us!! The rooms were spacious and clean. We loved it . We were also allowed to check in 1hr earlier to one of the rooms which we really appreciated! You should definitely try their restaurant they have delicious food! We also really loved the decoration in general in the resort ❤️

We loved, loved, loved our stay here. If you're British and watched 'The Durrels' and love the set, then this place is a must. A magical stay from the moment we stepped out of the car. If you want to experience true Thai hospitality and culture, then you'd be hard pushed to beat this place anywhere in Phuket. Also, the cooking lesson is THE best!!!!

AustraliaLittle bit out of the way but so easy to get taxi grab bolt etc. so many options and a night market close. It is nice to walk a little more and stretch my legs after all the yummy food.
Such a special place to visit with some much character and style. It was like staying at a tourist attraction so quirky beautiful, lots of space and green, the restaurant is amazing, a real experience, my kids loved all the animals. The breakfast was incredible yummy with quality dishes and we loved the design of the room and eating in shade of all the greenery and trees. The rooms and bathrooms are huge and beds are comfortable. Kids loved sleeping all next to each other. When you are a true traveller come here to experience real Thailand. The manager was so lovely and helpful with suggestions about where to go and what to visit. She helped us getting cheapest transport. This is more like a 4 star hotel in my opinion. We will definitely come back for her cooking classes with all ingredients from her garden.

PolandWe had an amazing time at Villa Nonita on Phuket island during our family getaway with friends. The warm and friendly atmosphere made our stay delightful. The food served was delicious, offering the choice between spicy and mild options. The highlight for us was participating in the Thai cooking workshops, which were creatively engaging. The children were actively involved, and the adults had the chance to learn stir-fry techniques. We ended our days with a feast around a shared table, and smiles never left our faces. Highly recommended for families with children and those who enjoy a laid-back retreat.

DenmarkMy kid is still picky eater and there was not much she could eat for dinner there (like fx french fries) Im sure, that would be solved but I did not want to make trouble. We had to look for the stuff, but someone is always around and ready to help. Sadly the place seems still marked by covid, but there are always workers maintaining around.
I was at Nonnita 3 nights with my 5y old. We were surprised by autenticy of the place. It is a small, family-run place, with an amazing garden, and absolutely charming breakfast restaurant, as well as other place aside, with a small creek, where it is possible to enjoy a home-made Thai food. The host offers cooking lessons, we participated and enjoyed it. It is very authentic, starting with a tour in the garden, picking up and introducing every herb and plant. Amazing experience. There are animals, bavolo, rabbits, poultry and plenty of small animals in the garden, like mantis og gekon, frogs giving concerts in the night. My kid loved it😍 The stuff is very friendly and helpful, and the owner always around. Good breakfast and good Thai food. There is a pool in the fee garden, so there is possible to cool down and relax. We had a very comfortable room and everything we need. 7/11 placed 5 min away. We did not feel like hotel guests, but like guests of the family. Great value for money and we will recommend ♥️

Was a very cheap place to have as a base to do the Phuket water park and Hanuman World zipwires. Clean & safe. Was chosen as part of a bigger trip and therefore wanted to keep the costs down and show our kids not just 5 star hotels! Perfect base for travelling around and people wanting a cheaper place to stay.
