1st time I stayed at graceland was 2013 and I have stayed 2 times since . The resort is starting to show age and is in need of some revamping and tlc. Also the room service wasn't the best , small portions and not much to choose from.

Staff are always amazing , helpful, and friendly .

The room was a little dirty (hair visible on entry hallway), and they didn’t honour the bed type even though they had confirmed it weeks earlier.

Some amenities are a little dated, finishings are rough like it’s still being renovated. Was a little annoying that the curtains opened from the middle to the balcony but the doors opened from the outside in. So was a bit of a mission to get out to the balcony, had to climb behind the curtains to get out- no biggie.

Breakfast was good, great selection but remains relatively the same throughout our weeks stay. But still caters for most tastes. Easy access to pools, staff were very friendly and accommodating and cleaning staff were fantastic. Always willing to help. Entertainment for the kids most days but mainly for the younger ones not so much for fussy teenagers. Saying that there is pool tables and ten pin bowling. Overall fantastic place to stay and would definitely come back.

The location is pretty handy to massage, food and shopping options as well as across from the beach. I visited Graceland 12 years ago and it has gone downhill a little since then. The big fishtank was empty, the room service was inedible and they no longer hold cooking classes on the ground floor with the amazing chefs they had in 2012. The last time I was there, the food was incredible and very reasonably priced. The mattress was super hard and uncomfortable, which was surprising given the high standard of the rest of the room fittings and the linen. The breakfast buffet is decent and a great way to save cash on your trip as I found I could walk around in the heat until dinner without needing another meal. The pools are very nice and there are plenty of fresh towels as well as a rack to hang out swimwear on the balcony. The staff are very kind and helpful and it is still a lovely place to stay. The gym and infrared sauna were also great.

Pool areas could do with a bit of a refresh. Tiles are dated and a bit grubby but still a nice swimming experience. Rooms could be cleaned earlier in the day. We were often waiting around while they cleaned late in the day.

However, there are areas that need improvement. The cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, was lacking. For the first two days, there was a sewage issue near our room, which was quite unpleasant, though it was eventually resolved. The breakfast could also be enhanced. The selection was limited, with only pork vienna sausages and dry bacon; adding options like beef sausages and mutton would be a welcome improvement. Additionally, the bed was uncomfortable and could use upgrading.

The hotel's location is central to everything, making it very convenient. The pools are beautiful, and the rooms are spacious with lovely views. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They even stored our bags after we checked out since our flight was at night, allowing us to explore the city one last time.

Nothing like colouring books to buy in the shop for our kiddies.

We booked 3 rooms 8412, 8413 and 8414. Each room had 2 queen beds in them. They were sunset rooms near both restaurants for breakfast and not far from the main office. All of them had pool access. Good size rooms for us, 7 travellers with 3 noisy kids. My granddaughters had their hair braided and nails painted. My pregnant daughter and self, had lovely massages there. My daughter had her nails painted also. Had my birthday there, found a birthday cake in our room when got back from our outing.

Breakfast was good with a lot of variety and having 2 restaurants open for breakfast it wasn’t busy all the time. The pool access room was fabulous well worth it.
