Every thing about the resort was great. Definitely no complaints from me.

Great location, across from the beach. Close to lots of great restaurants and a mini mart for supplies. Loved our deluxe pool access room.. you could sit out on our terrace and we could hear the band playing in the Sunset Bar most nights. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Also excellent having the Medical centre on level 2 as i wasn't well when i arrived and they gave me excellent professional care.

Beautiful stay at Graceland, good and neat room, (family room). Great access to patong beach, good staff, they surprised my son's birthday with cake. Three separated public pool. Good entertainment 👌

Been to Graceland before 7 years ago. It needs serious renovations now. It needed it back then already. Starting to look rundown. Definitely not a 5 star resort. Rooms and elevators and corridors to rooms need attention. Looks like a 3 star with regards to those things. Rooms were not cleaned properly every day..Just pulled straight. No porter to take our luggage up. We did that ourself as only 1 on duty. We were in a long queue. Shower drain blocked. I think the plumbing is not great in the hotel.

Awesome pools. 3 to choose from. This is a big deal in Phuket, as it’s so hot. Delicious breakfast. Great variety. Changes daily. Staff friendly. Beautiful gardens. Delux rooms are nice and big.

Too busy during the check in process, they stuck to their check in times which is fine however the lobby was completely full with waiting guests and many sleeping across the lounges who had been their for some time which was not a good first impression. Pools and entertaining areas run down however you can see it would have been amazing back in the day. That said for the relatively cheap prices it’s good value for money if you want to stay in the main entertainment area close to Patong nightlife. I wouldn’t personally rate it as five star in comparison to other resorts out of the Patong area we stayed in during our trip. More suited for families and not a couples getaway IMO.

Location was great and waking distance to everything. Beach directly opposite. We had a family room opposite the pool, rooms very spacious. Hotel a little run down in areas however they seem to be renovating rooms in stages our room was nicely renovated. Very busy hotel, especially breakfast time.

Impeccable service from App the porter who went out of his way all the time to attend to us as well as to check in with our family of 6. Liked the surprise birthday cake compliments of the hotel for my father-in-law's birthday on the 7th of June. Lovely touch from the hotel to remember your guests' birthdays. A big thank you to all staff for the service & even buffet breakfast spread. Hotel rooms are tastefully refurbished even though hotel looks dated on the exterior

No free pick up to the near by shopping center which is about 20 minutes walk. Would recommend to rent a car from the airport to go to places of interest. If rent car outside the hotel is expensive and without insurance and they need to take your passport as a deposit.

The room is comfortable for a family of 4. There is a few swimming pool. Although we stay in a sunset grand deluxe room with pool access the kids like it. Butt they prefer the sunset deluxe room with pool access as the pool is longer and near to the pool bar. Take a short walk outside the hotel there is a lot of local food and massage

The staff were not welcoming and our room had a wrong internet password on it when we informed the reception, she was very rude to solve the problem and she just won’t answer us!

Food and beverage offering needed some attention, the walk into down wasn’t as enjoyable.

The facilities are great with some great pools. The cocktail offering can be better by understanding what you are serving. Thai agave flavoured vodka is not tequila and should not be in tequila cocktails.

There was a huge variety of food for the breakfast buffet. The rooms were very clean and I felt the location was conveniently located to the beach.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable, very very soft, the pillows were too big for comfort as well.

Great property with amazing pools, superb breakfast spread and very clean and spacious rooms. The back road had access to good restaurants, massage parlours, supermarkets and shopping all less than 5 mins walking. Patong Beach is right across the hotel (however not the best beach to swim in phuket). The hotel had daily activities for adults and children, most of which were free. Breakfast timings were 6-1030 which is amazing and also the buffet had a variety of Thai, Asian, continental cuisines. Very good quality stuff.

Check in wasn't as smooth as it could have been. Our room wasn't ready (fair enough, we were a little early), however we are not advised when it was ready so sat patiently for a long period when we could have had access an hour earlier (on time).

Room was great. Food was great. swimming pool was great. Bowling was fun.
