There was a smell from the bathroom each time we came back from being out. Maybe a plumbing problem. But leaving the light/fan on helped alleviate it after time.

Beautiful hotel with an interesting history. Room was very large and bathroom a great size. Couch area and desk area was very handy to have. Pool was lovely and fun to swim in with the infinity edge looking out over the driveway. Bed was very large and comfortable. Water provided everyday which was appreciated. The location was fantastic. Easy access to all the Old Town cafes, shops and restaurants. I loved walking the adjacent streets.

Amazing facilities, very new, extremely clean. We only booked a night either side travelling to phi phi and loved the hotel, can’t wait to return and use more of the facilities. Lovely restaurants nearby.

Earlier check-in would have been nice; also they didn’t respond to my questions and messages before (I asked about transportation). It’s a 1 hour ride from the airport, which we then organized by ourselves (cheaper than they would have done).

Nice big room, nice breakfast, helpful staff. Location is perfect to see the old town. The beds are so comfortable! The pool looks nice but we couldn’t use it due to the weather. Very nice photo spots (painted walls).

Hallways were noisy, you could hear anyone talking or walking around (woken up at 3am one night by a guest) bring your earplugs. Would be nice to have some recommendations for local restaurants, massage places and sights.

Fantastic location a few streets away from the action so relatively quiet. Clean large room, with blackout curtains, comfortable bed. loved the roof top pool, night market out front on a Saturday night and everything is walking distance away. Enjoyed finding the street art from the map, although some are not easy to find or not there anymore #1, #10, #13 (the map needs updating).

This was our second stay this year We loved its location, it was quiet and off the Main Street but walking distance to everything we wanted The staff ( TarTar and Dang ) were extremely helpful and super friendly - as was the young security guard The pool was relaxing and clean

Just a beautiful property in a great location Pretty much walking distance to all the wonderful sights in Phuket old town Swimming pool was terrific! Added bonus, on Saturdays they have a market in the driveway. Great street food!

The on site breakfast restaurant was a disappointment. Very basic food which was limited, not fresh and overpriced. The aircon in the room was set at 25° and defaulted back every time we tried to lower it.

The hotel is in a great location with easy access to all the shops and restaurants. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

The facilities were new and clean, with a well- equipped and laid out room. The long bed was huge and comfy. The location was fantastic for exploring Old Town, the markets, food, and central for day trips. Breakfast was good- limited choices but great quality. Staff were lovely and very accommodating, storing our luggage and giving advice and directions, as well as assisting with bookings etc. there was construction but only during the day / normal working hours so not a problem.

The bath needs a door once you finish your shower the toilet area is wet as well. Breakfast is below average. Not many options for Vegetarians.

Location in central Phuket town has easy access for.food options. Safe place for families and in a quiet setting.

Nothing. Only thing of note is that if you stay on a Friday night you'll get the market and music outside your window until around 10pm.

Breakfast was good but minimal options. Tried to contact the hotel numerous times beforehand to book a taxi but they never replied.

Room was clean and comfortable with great a/c. Staff was very helpful with outside assistance.

The room was smaller and older. So, I guess it depends on which room you get on the day you check in.

It is my third time staying here. Staff was great. I asked for a room change this time because the air in the first room was stuffy and I could not breath well. He allowed me to see other available rooms and gave me the room of my choice. Location is wonderful to walk around old town.
