We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I enjoyed the beautiful jungle view from our room and how modern it was. I also liked the fact our room was close to the elevator, so not much walking required with our luggage. The staff were also very helpful and friendly

AustraliaAVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Everything was DIRTY AND UNCLEANED, there was BLOOD in the bed blanket, but HIDDEN on the inside of it, instead of cleaning, they hide it, we noticed it at the night around 8pm, staff were there but refused to replace the blanket, told us that even though there are staff there 24 hours housekeeping was closed, we told them to give us a fresh clean blanket, it wasn't us that dirtied the blanket with the blood on it, they kept refusing to help, even tried to say the DIRTY OLD DRIED UP BLOOD was somehow from my wife, just so EXTREMELY RUDE and unprofessional, unhelpful, we will never stay here again, they also have false advertising and they charged us a 3000 BAHT DEPOSIT! for a 3 night stay, pretty sure that it is illegal when it's not disclosed beforehand, and an outrageous amount. The walls had large patches of BLACK MOULD on them, dirty and unsafe, very poorly maintained rooms and it shows, the manager is also very rude and unhelpful, We travelled with our family and their rooms also had large patches (20cm across) of black mould and had dirt and blood on blankets as well, I really am concerned about who stays here as it seems like this place is a haven for people who have been stabbed, so much blood, it is ridiculous. WE WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN AND WE WARN OTHERS NOT TO!
Nothing, tried to save money and stay somewhere cheap like this place, 0/10, this place should be taken off booking sites, it is seriously that bad, the hotel itself is inaccessible as anything, down the bottom of a windy driveway on a hill, they charge you a large deposit in cash only, these people are scammers and don't deserve the business, read below as we had a horror stay at this place, worst place I have ever been, including hostels and camping...

On the 2nd day, my girlfriend pulled 12 bedbugs out of herself in the morning. The pool is small with terrible chlorine, it is practically not cleaned, you swim as if in snot - your eyes are watering. The front desk staff is terrible - they lie all the time. you will not be given a second key. there is no restaurant at all, there is no one at the reception after 21 and it is simply closed until 8 am. This is not 4 stars, maximum one. After all these adventures, I decided to check out earlier, as it was impossible to live, but the hotel managers decided to appropriate the money for themselves. Are you ready for an unpleasant unforgettable journey?
