United StatesWe booked a family room with an extra bed for our daughter, but our reservation through booking only reflected two people even though this size room is made for families. I ended up having to purchase a breakfast plan for our daughter, which increased the price of our stay. The hotel itself is in need of some structural upgrades. There's wooden stairs and structural members that are breaking down that need to be replaced. There's spots in the room and on the balconies where you feel the floor flex under your feet. When we got there, the pool looked stagnant and nasty. There was green algae everywhere in it. They did clean it the 2nd day we were there, and it looked better. But they aren't doing enough daily to manage it. It's also very loud at night. There's bands playing across the street until late in the night. None of these were deal breakers for us, but they need to be noted for people she are unaware.
Amazing location just steps away from the beach or city. Great variety for breakfast buffet. Room was a good size and sofa bed worked perfectly for our daughter. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was good, the location is best of Ao Nang, we had two double bed rooms right next to each other, because we are a family of four (room no. 1101 and 1102). We asked to be next to each other, and the hotel manager was so kind enough to allow us to do so. We had rooms in the beach wing, so it was quiet there, even the ships (long tails) did not disturb us. We had direct acces to the pool, that was so perfect. Beach is near and great, kids friendly, we had visit several beaches (Phra nang, Railey, Phi Phi and others) and we agreed that our beach was the best. Every evening the sea receded several hundred meters away and uncovered many interesting animals, that was a heaven for our kids. Yes, and go to the nearest bar connected to the hotel and have any smoothie from the menu, You won´t forget :) Thank You for an unforgettable holiday.

TaiwanOur room was on the fourth floor and I must admit, the layout is a bit strange. You can hear people in their bathrooms while waiting at the elevator because there are tiny ventilation windows. The balcony was also not cleaned and it was very dusty and dirty.
The hotel is in perfect location right opposite Ao Nang Beach. There is a walking street right in front of the hotel with many restaurant options. Then there is also Ao Nang town with shops, restaurants, fruit and juice stalls, and basically everything you will need 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The breakfast was good with eggs, bread, local food, coffee, cereal, and fruits available every morning. Our rooms were cleaned every day and we received fresh and clean towels and bedding upon request too. Overall, location wise, this is the perfect hotel to stay at!
