Size of the room was huge! Great bed and aircon

we tried to extend our stay but it was full =(

The room size is good, is very well equipped, hot water, micro wave, plates, utensils, toaster, fridge, the aircon is extremely good, the bed is comfortable, bathroom with a good size and everting is extremely clean! The check-in was easy. they have a agency where you can book tours, transfers, rent scooter, was the best price I found, better them online.

Great accommodation for the price. They also make life easy by renting motorbikes, sorting onward travel and day tours/classes. Highly recommend this stay.

No sign out front so confused when finding it, just the travel agents out front.

Good value for money. 10 min walk to beach. Some Restaurants nearby - about 15-20 min walk to Main Street if restaurants and bars though but can easily rent bike from reception

Smaller window compared to the Double rooms, so less airflow and light, but still fine. Deluxe double is better overall, but if you are on a budget, then the single room is still really good.

Single room is great value. Has everything you need just in a smaller space and with a single bed compared to the Double rooms. Bed is very comfortable.

Airconditioning had a bit of a musty smell and I think needed to be cleaned. Bathroom is strange - after showering water just pools at the toilet base permanently, but it's not because the drain is blocked, its because the design doesn't work.

Balcony room is okay overall - very spacious and clean. Balcony is okay, but quite small. Fridge and kettle with a desk for working. I stayed in a couple of rooms in the hotel and the cheaper ones were better value overall.

The Deluxe Double Room is excellent for the price. Really spacious, good aircon, clean with two desks and fridge. Location is good - several good value restaurants close by.

Location wasn’t great for pedestrians - had to walk a very sandy, hot main road to get anywhere but we can’t drive scooters so would really recommend to those who can!

Clean and big, lovely woman at reception who was so helpful and kind. Lots of restaurants nearby.

The bed was so comfy. Very clean. Quiet. 100% worth the money. 2 thing to improve would be that the AC controls need some help. The remote was sporadic. And the bathroom door needs fixing (the door didn’t shut) and that can lead to a lack of romance in the bedroom if one of you has some bad prawns. Also it’s hard to shut the door without slamming it. I don’t know much about doors. But this would wake up everyone on the floor. It’s like an atomic bomb going off. So get some WD 40 in there. 100% would stay again. The bed is comfier than the 5* hotel. You get good sleep here

The bed was squeaking when you made moves

We liked almost everything. The location is great, takes about 5 minutes to walk to the beach (the beach is marvelously beautiful). There are a lot of restaurants around.

Large, clean rooms, fully equipped. Basic utensils, wardrobe, large bed, toiletries in the shower, towels, balcony. The owner has a laundry service for 50bath/kg. You can also rent scooters, which are at very good prices. At the owner's place you will also organise tours from different offices (he has leaflets). The location is very good and there is also parking for scooters. Very good place, very good price, great and helpful owners.

Uncomfortable bed (too soft and low quality). Broken door wing of the wardrobe. Not very good lights in the room.

Big room. Good WiFi. Microwave, toaster and some basic kitchenware available in the room. A/C was not directly opposite the bed. Many restaurants around. 10-15 minutes walk to the beach.

Koh Lanta's main road has sadly become busy and dangerous, but that comes with any accommodation that is convenient and central. No negative comments to report for the apartments themselves!

Very spacious rooms that are really clean and comfortable. Central location that has good restaurants and shops nearby. Most rooms have a balcony and there is a communal one too which is convenient if staying with a group. The fridges in the room are very big which is great for long stays. It is extremely good value for money and much better value than anywhere else we have stayed on the island over the years. The staff, especially Mai, were so friendly, helpful and kind, always going out of their way to help us! We arranged caving and kayaking tour, transfers, ferries, did laundry and even local tuk tuk collections with her and she gave us great prices and came to pick us up very quickly. No request was too much trouble. We felt like part of their family by the time we left! Thank you Mai and family for such a wonderful stay.

What a lovely apartment, we stayed here for 6 days and loved every minute of it. Clean comfortable bed, nice balcony to relax on after being out during the day. Good air con and WiFi. You can hire a scooter here if you wish to. The owners are very accommodating and friendly.

There was an issue with the aircon but they fixed it straight away. The shower kinda goes everywhere so the bathroom is pretty wet a lot. WiFi wasn't great.

Absolutely brilliant place: really big room, super clean, really nice balcony, comfy bed, fridge and kettle and microwave in room. You can do laundry, rent a bike or get a tuktuk or van from them. They also do tours and excursions but we didn't do them. Super central location with just about 12 mins walk to the beach and loads of nice restaurants around.
