We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaBreakfast was average. Not much selection of food for price. A lot of guests would sit in lobby and leave there rubbish on ground when bins are clearly visible. Bed was a bit hard to sleep on.
Location was good. Not far from the action but far enough away from noise and crowds. Pool was very nice. Room was very spacious and balcony had a good view of town and to the beach.

Hong Kongofficially the worst shower facility i have every experienced in a hotel, am genuinely surprised no one has sued the for 3rd degree burns had ZERO water pressure and shifted from scalding hot to ice cold every 10 to 15 seconds Staff were quite rude while we were trying to find a room but once we were actual clients they demeanor changed very quickly to a more pleasant one
Location was good, room had loads of space and on the 8th floor it had a pretty good view, breakfast was average was close to walking st but quite a bit from the beach room was simple but very clean and cleaning staff were super helpful and friendly

Bahrainthe pool is not anything like the photo and it looks more like a water tank than a pool.. Wi-Fi was not available during the 3 days of my stay in the hotel and when I told staff they said they they have a problem with the router and they will fix it in the coming days!! the biggest problem I faced was that when I reached the hotel at after 11:00 am the next day, and the staff at the reception told me that my reservation was cancelled because I did not show on the previous day (although my booking was non-refundable which means they will get paid anyway), and I was told that I have to make a new reservation and wait until after 2:00 pm because there were no available rooms at the moment, so at the end we agreed that I will come back after 2:00 and I will keep my old reservation for 3 days just to prevent making the double payment In short.. I will never stay in this hotel again>>
