there are a lot of steps up to the reception and then more to your room. luckily the staff carry your bags when you arrive and depart but it is a struggle in the heat

I didn’t except the rooms to be like little huts. We often found mini spiders in our room and some maintenance to their hot/cold water units could be done to eliminate rust and damage. The rooms were smaller than expected. There are many stairs to reach the accommodation!!!!

The music from the beach bars resonates till very late in the night.

Room S213 is great, the shower is great and the balcony has the nicest view.

The shower in room 412 doesn’t have pressure at all and the toilet seat needs to be screwed. Also the view is amazing but it comes at a cost: since you are higher up on the island, you will hear the loudest club blasting music till late.

The view from the balcony is great. It is a bit more isolated from the crowded bars and restaurants on the island.

Dirty bathroom, you can see that shower walls haven't been cleaned after guests for a long time, it's disgusting to look at. Ants in bathroom.

Nice view from terrace. Comfortable bed. Air conditioning. Helpful staff.

The breakfast at the restaurant is not that good. would recommend getting Thai food at garlic 1992 downstairs. they didn’t mention the hike anywhere in the description, so it was a bit of a surprise. we personally didn’t mind, but a fallout for who it might be a challenge.

the view is beautiful. it’s quite the hike up. so would not recommend taking a lot of luggage. it’s really close to the viewpoint, so you get to enjoy that beautiful sunset and blue ocean from your balcony. it’s also in the relatively quieter part of the island, so you avoid the late night party noise. the rooms are large. bathrooms are clean and nice with hot water. there was a functioning fridge and hot water kettle in the room.

The noise from the not even so nearby clubs travelled up the hill and it wasn’t only at nights but all day long. Even for a party island it was a great exaggeration we found.

The location, the view absolutely makes it worth while to stay here. You are practically already half way up the hill to the view point where we did yoga and mediation with the sunrise.

Not easily accessible due to uphill, so not suitable for anyone having problems with the stairs

Breathtaking view from the room. Close to the restaurant and check in office. Less travel to the spectacular view point . Staff helped from the pier to the hotel. Very happy, definitely recommended.

The stairs were a good exercise but inconvenient. The room was small and basic. No daily service for new towels or coffee.

Staff was helpful and friendly. The view of the oceon was great. It served a purpose being a last minute reservation and was a good price compared to other hotels.

lots of bugs because it’s high up on the island amongst the vegetation. the steps can be too much in the mid day heat. we had a problem with our original booking being cancelled shortly before our trip due to double booking by the accommodation staff.

the stairs were a killer and I have no health problems and struggled each time. There wasn’t an offer of helping backs to and from pier (even though advertised) as it was before time and when we arrived we had to wait for ten other people and it was way too hot to wait around for an hour

the location is amazing with the view, but not disability friendly with the stairs up. they’re exhausting! five minute walk to centre of town so great area but quiet as up the hill

*You could see spider & spider webs everywhere in the room, overall rooms are old, which is understandable. *Housekeeping waking you up very early when they prepare the next door rooms (shouting and not even bothering with the dnd sign next door while people try to sleep). *Beware of loud music from the beach festivals/nightclubs. You can hear it more in the mountain (where this hotel is located) than if you stay closer to the ground floor. (As the noise was travelling upwards)

The good thing was the amazing view from the room Size of the bed was big Floor was clean Big fridge A lot ( I mean a lot) of stairs to climb my leg muscles were hurting every day so bear that in mind. The ac was working perfectly

Be prepared to climb a lot of stairs to arrive to your room.. It was too hard. Room was not clean at all.. Staff were not nice at all. It is not worth the price.

The room was dirty (dust on the shelves, webs in the corners etc) and could use a big clean, the furniture old and we had a room with no view, which makes climbing the stairs pointless - so would recommend spending more.

The staff was kind and carried our backpacks to our room (lots of stairs). There was a mini fridge, electric kettle and free coffee/tea and water with a refill every day.

there were no cleaning whatsoever the 4 days I stayed there. Some people had “fun” at my balcony - so condoms were on my balcony, whiteout anybody removing it! the staff just looked at it?

it’s close by the viewpoint so if your planing on going to the viewpoint then your already halfway there. it’s not far from the beach and there’s a great view from the rooms and restaurant.

Breakfast wasn’t great, obviously the steps are annoying but not the end of the world.

Central location once you get down the steps, much cheaper than others in the area. Rooms are clean and comfortable and view from the restaurant and rooms is lovely. Close to viewpoint and staff were helpful .

The staff was rude and not helpful at all. Not just one member, it seems like a pattern, everyone was rolling eyes and making faces constantly. I know it’s very difficult to find and hire the right people on such a small island, but this definitely seems like a management issue. Not a nice experience, luckily the island itself and other businesses on the island are compensate and make this up for them.

The location is not bad, with nice views, but you have to work for it and climb lots of stairs.

the stairs to get to the property were not outlined in the booking and should have been, the stairs would be difficult for someone elderly or family with lots of young children, need to be fit and healthy to stay at this place.

staff were very friendly, accomodating and helpful, carrying bags for you, nothing was too much for them. rooms were all very clean and a nice size with good outside balcony seating. location to the main strip was good walking distance.
