You could hear a little bit the noice from the street but it personally didn’t bother me much. The room was a bit small so in case you have a lot of stuff book a bigger one.

Apple Pay does not work here although contactless /visa is accepted. If you have lost your debit card then this is a heads up! There is a western union nearby that you can pick up cash from, if you download the app and set up an account it is very easy to do just bring your passport with you. If you are wanting to get some sleep before 12 you might find it difficult too due to the noise, but we expected this, again just another heads up. The lobby is always roasting, sometimes felt hotter than outside. Overall solid 7 if we came to the island again we would be happy to stay again.

The bed was so comfy and the aircon worked a treat! The location right next to 7/11 was also handy.

The only thing I would say was that the bathroom was very small and the shower had curtains that were touching the toilet. The other room that our parents stayed though was more spacious and had a plastic guard instead of curtains.

Everywhere was fully booked or not in our budget or had very bad reviews so we booked it the day before and were worried after everything we heard from people complaining about hotels in Phi Phi islands that are dirty, full of bugs, stains on the bed sheets etc. In fact when we were checking in someone came asking desperately for a room since the hotel he booked was in a horrible situation. The rooms were clean, had cute decoration and the best part was that they had a coffee machine at the ground floor that offered everything : thai milk tea, latte, cappuccino, hot chocolate, espresso and had things for tea next to it too. That was available until 10am every morning. We wanted to extend our stay when we decided to stay one more day in the island but they were fully booked. Make sure you write the correct timing of your arrival at the port so that they help you with the carrying of the bags(they have a trolley for that) . Location was good too! Outside Noise not that bad. You might be able to see in the photo we asked for double bed but wasn’t available so we created one😅

I had requested a room with a terrace as I had seen on YouTube, but it was unavailable even though I was told it would be available through communication with the hotel weeks before I arrived. But still, the room we got was fine. Initially, I found the room unbearably hot. We found that drawing the curtains helped with this as the room gets full sun all day and this causes a greenhouse effect. This somewhat resolved the issue. The noise outside from the bars is dreadful. The music was incredibly loud and getting an early night is totally out of the question. There were signs of wear and tear everywhere, although everything was in complete working order. The hotel is okay for a few nights while you're in Phi Phi, but for a longer stay, there are better suited alternatives although pricier.

The location was great, right in the middle of the hustle and bustle Phi Phi could offer and easily accessible from all directions. The hotel had a no-shoes policy which meant that the floors were always immaculately clean in the communal areas. Finally a place with no sand in every nook and cranny. The room had a decent view, overlooking some rooftops and the mountains in the distance. The bedroom was adequate and the bed was comfortable. Perhaps due to the number of tourists that come to this hotel, I initially found the staff to be transactional and unwelcoming, very unlike Thai people. However, once a relationship had been made, they let their guard down were quite accommodating to our needs and went above and beyond. It just goes to show that if you treat people like they want to be treated it can make a huge difference.

Nice little hotel, clean and smelt fresh. Quite noisy at night with it being so close to all the busy bars/restaurants. Thin walls so could hear every movement and people coming in and out. But overall a nice hotel at a reasonable price! We booked a boat trip through the hotel which was really convenient and a great day out! Would stop here again

It was very noisy. Sometimes they cleaned other rooms early in the morning and it was so loud , I could hear the vacuum cleaner or other banging like they were cleaning next to my year. Also when someone walked on the hallway, even though they whispered you could still hear it like they were talking next to you. Also there’s mold in some rooms.

It was nicely decorated, quite clean, good location, good coffee in the morning.

My friend had some make up on the small hotel towel, which was washable, and be easily removed. And have charged us 100 BHAT because of misuse towel, I mean that’s fine but just beware.

The location is amazing right in the middle and close to everything!! They had a fat ginger cat, SO CUTE!! Room size is fine, clean room and toilet and was comfortable

Location was perfect, right in the center of the island but it was very easy to rest since the noise was almost unnoticeable. No bar below or beside the hotel. Great laundry service. Room although not spacious had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable.

The staff was very polite and helpful. They patiently helped us with all bookings, and kept messaging us so that they could pick us up on time. The place was clean too and very convenient, 4 mins walk to the beach and 5/8 mins walk to pier.
