Since the last time I stayed here, the room seemed a lot more tired and rundown. I don’t remember thinking this last time. There was mould on the sealant in the bathroom, damp in the separating bedroom-bathroom wall, and also lots of cobwebs under the sink, and above the door into the room. We’ve currently been in Thailand 5 weeks, and stayed in multiple hotels. This has been the first hotel on our trip that we have encountered bugs in the bathroom, some the same size as a child’s hand. Which wasn’t so comforting.

This was my second time staying in this hotel, I booked again due to a good experience last time I stayed in May 2023. The staff were lovely, very helpful with anything needed. The swimming pool area is also great, lots of sunlight and shade if wanted.

Walls of my room were a little bit dirty. I left in some laundry and my clothes were not cleaned properly and some items came out with brown stains.

Great location. Near long beach and about 10 min walk to all the bars and restaurants, with plenty more along the way. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Good bathroom and shower.

Good location in reasonably quiet area. 10-12 minute walk to centre of Phi Phi. Mosque nearby but it didn’t interfere with our sleep, prayers only in the evening. All the staff were very helpful - especially when transporting luggage to and from the pier.

Towels were clean but a little threadbare. No safes in the rooms.

It was situated between long beach and the centre of the village, so a little walk to everything. Lovely swimming pool with basic rooms that were clean. Staff were very accommodating when we arrived as one of our rooms was smelling of smoke. They immediately moved us to another room.

the first room i stayed in def had bedbugs. after the second night in room m004 i was full of bites. luckily didn t unpack too much cause i was suspicious. roaches as well. asked for another room wich was not a problem. by the evening i saw there were people again in the infested room. not sure if that was a good idea.

the location is just a 10min walk from the port where you arrive and just outside of the busy area. the island is so small you really literally in a few minutes away from the center. yet a little furter away wich is amazingly calm.

The window were big and it was like a wall for the Room. For a ground floor room such a big and Not a strong luck system window wasn't giving complete comfortable and secure vibes. Outside Sounds were also passing inside room.

I thought I would be given a balcony on a higher floor that would give me a nice view. However, I was given a balcony on the bottom floor, and people could see me what I was doing. And their glasses aren't privacy glasses, which is a negative point for me.

They had a swimming pool inside the resort. They also had bunglows, if anyone wants to book those.

The room was dirty, trash and some oil on the floor. Asked the front desk for cleaning and someone did visit the room but did not clean up the mentioned things. No water pressure in the shower, also dirty.

Run down a bit. Minor plumbing issues that should be fixed easily in bathroom. Hitel needs some maintenance and it would be so much better. The pool is heated whcih I don't get in a tropical country.
