Lovely hotel and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly carrying luggage backwards and forwards from the ferry port as it was a good ten minutes walk to the hotel.

We liked having the pool and the beach near our room, it was amazing! The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The staff was nice, helpful and very friendly, they helped with our luggage from the pier to the hotel and again to the pier when we left.

Bed was smaller than expected. There were no towel racks for drying which I expected as they are usually provided at resorts with pools and beaches

No air conditioning in the breakfast restaurant, which might be suffocating at times if it is too sunny. They should have at least more powerful fans.

The swimming pool area and the garden were really good. The staff was nice and helpful. They offer to carry your luggage from/to the pier for free. They also have an affordable laundry service. The room was big and comfortable.

The stuff at the reception were pleasant when I checked in but once my friend had a problem with the laundry service, they grinned through the teethe but felt like they hated us :(

Great location, only a short walk from the pier, close to all. Great pool, loungers by the beach. Open yet private enough. Great person dealing with the trips, got a long tail boat for magical private outing, kayaks next day. No fuss and friendly.

This is about the island rather than the hotel: If you are young and have never been to Thailand then this is probably amazing. If you were here before the tsunami then Phi Phi will make you cry now.

The breakfast buffet offered limited choices, and the dining area lacked air conditioning, making meals unpleasant during the hot, humid July weather. Mosquitoes were a significant issue, with the resort providing no relief. We were forced to purchase repellent after a night of bites. Wi-Fi was unreliable throughout our stay. The open-air pool was constantly crowded, making it difficult for families seeking privacy.

Perfectly situated on the beach, this resort offers easy access to the lively main market. Unwind on the private sandy stretch or soak up the sun on the resort's dedicated sunbathing area. The pool, gym, and excellent service complete the package.

The room felt dated and needed a better clean. The bathroom in particular could have done with an upgrade. However, for the price you can't really complain.

Great location- we felt away from the crowds but everything was easily walkable, good breakfast and lovely pool. All the staff were incredibly friendly, with the exception of one receptionist who was not very helpful and seemed annoyed at us trying to check in. The porters were really helpful with our bags to and from the port!

Breakfast didn’t have the variety of some of the other place we stayed, could get poached eggs, which was a shame. There was plenty of other options, but most were quite heavy meals.

A very nice area to stay on Phi Phi. Only a short walk to the main streets with plenty of restaurants and shops. The rooms were good, eel set up and the pool area and gym were great. Staff were helpful and friendly throughout. The resort is right next to a nice beach area which is good for walks and taking a swim at high tide.
