Spent 3 nights, couldn’t stay longer, and probably wouldn’t have wanted to. Maybe for these islands, $50 is not a lot of money for a spacious room with a large bed and a small extra bed and its own shower and toilet, but it is still expensive and the price does not correspond to the inconvenience received - the bed has no switch above the head, the linen on the bed is stained and stains, the mattress seemed soft, but old and with small springs sticking out here and there. The room and everything in it are quite old - urgently needs updating. water flows in the sink only when you hold the button on the tap with one hand - this is the first time I’ve encountered this, it’s very inconvenient - you can’t even wash your hands without additional difficulties!!! ((( such difficulties can be justified - saving water on the island. The shower warms the water a little. The toilet barely washes off the water - keep in mind when you want to not only pee!!! The walls of the room are thin - the neighbors often listened to music and talked loudly - you can hear everything.

I was pleased with the good air conditioning in the room and water in the refrigerator by the bottle. At the reception you can buy tickets for the ferry and bus and order tourist services, as well as drink tea and cookies. The hotel has a small swimming pool with a beautiful view of the beach and the mountains opposite.

I was quite disappointed in this property. For the money we paid, I do not think it was good value for money! The rooms were very basic and not the cleanest. The “resort” did not reflect the pictures and there was an awful smell of sewers and stagnant water around the resort and surrounding areas. Therefore we did not use the pool or facilities as this made us feel sick!

The swimming pool parasols need securing down. One flew out in the wind and hit my friend in the head. Hotel owners were very unfazed by the incident and when we asked for ice, it was done so begrudgingly. Room was not cleaned during our stay and water not refreshed.

The lady wanted to organize the transfer from Koh Phi Phi to Phuket for 1600 Baht per person. We went to the port ourselves and paid 650 baht per person. The room was very dirty and as soon as the tide goes out it stinks everywhere. After the tide comes again it fits. The TV in the room is from the 90s. The beds were uncomfortable

Was not very clean, toilet was falling apart, nasty shower, bird poop on the pillow, floors were gross, pool was ok but closed very early (8pm?), path leading up to the resort is dark and dirty and always smells like sewage. There is also very loud music playing across the beach until 2am every night (not their fault but something to keep in mind).

The place is O.K well located, staff doesn't do much, mostly interested in selling additional services for a fee. The room was never cleaned up in 8 days, we had to ask for toilet paper time and time again. The matrass was broken and the did replaced it after a day, they simply taken a better one from another room and left the broken one for new arrivals to enjoy.

the room was not cleaned through the whole 3 nights of being there. the music was very loud and on until 6am in the morning some nights so hardly any sleep. the shower was not separated from the bathroom so when your showering it sprays all over the toilet and sink etc. lots of mosquitoes around.

The receptionist wanted to con us by saying only one seafront room is available. When we challenged the price, immediately the booked rooms were given to us. The AC had water dropping onto the floors and we had to keep a towel only to absorb it. After asking to fix it, it was never done. The hotel is about 20 mins walk from the Tonsai Pier. We had heavy luggages to carry. This hotel did not arrange for a luggage trolley and pickup which other hotels provided.

The view outside of the room is quite good. You can see the whole beach as the location is a bit above the beach and at the edge. The access to the beach and market is very good. All within just a few steps.

The bed was terrible broken legs and very uncomfortable, room and bathroom full of ants and we had lizards and centipedes in there too. Mini fridge in the room was also dirty inside.

the walk to the property really stinks - there is sewage going straight into the sea, there are no lockers to secure your stuff if you leave the room, it’s right next to Ibiza pool party so it’s super loud at night, and walls are super thin so can hear people next door.
