Quite a long distance to the center. Lot of stairs to the room. Can be a problem with heavy luggage. Reception was a few blocks away.

Room was OK. AC works well. Spacious. With a little view to the sea.

The AC was definitely not powerful enough it wasn’t the worst but I wish it were cooler. And the monkeys be aggressive so be careful 😂

Great location and nice pool but the bathroom wasn’t great and had a awful sewage smell however for the price the room was tidy and had a nice balcony.

Too many steps to get to the room

I opted for the new building, the room with a sea view. There were a lot of steps to get to our room but in the end we were happy because of the view.

The staircase was no joke!!! Be prepared to hike up 1000 vertical staircases in the heat! Checked into a dirty room! Water was not hot Neighbours were very loud at night till 4:30am & no one person stopped them for being extremely loud n shouting! Wifi stopped working Chased after us to check out before 11am

Bathroom was broken.

The breakfast is very good. There is lots of variety with fresh fruits, eggs, vegetables, breads, yogurt, and Thai and western dishes. The room I had had a nice view. The infinity pool is very nice, but it's quite deep at 1.6 m, so for small kids it's not great. The toilet seat was broken in my bathroom, and was falling off, but otherwise the room was good. It's quiet and because its away from the bars and shopping areas it's a little secluded.

The accès to hotel from the port is quite tough and no indication by the hotel. We didn’t manage to find the reception for the check in. Should provide some information after booking. Reception cannot be joined by phone from the room so you gotta go there by walking and not so close from the room.

View is amazing. Nice atmosphere and personal is professional and hidden working. Place is peaceful and quiet. Rooms are super cleaned.

Was really upset that they put us in a completely different complex to what it said online then charged up 6000 baht to move to the right location should state online when you will be placed away from the complex wouldnt of booked this place otherwise !

We was provided one of the rooms at the back which did not look like it was even part of the hotel that was in the pictures, but did not see the rest of the hotel as it was just for the night, the room was cleaner than I expected it to be due to the reviews but there was basic maintenance problems with it such as the shower tap was cracked and dirty and part of the ceiling paint was hanging off, also didn’t like the fact the sheet were dark blue as you can’t see any dirt or stains on them

There were an awful lot of bugs that made their way into our room, we only stayed for one night and woke up with a lot of bites, there was a gap under the front door big enough for insects and critters to enter, we had a small lizard say hello at one point 😂
